i have some tips as well (they apply to most subcultures/aesthetics but especially punk, emo, scene, etc.) although they arent all accessible to disabled people sorry

first of all beadtin.com is a really good site to get awesome beads 4 cheap,
theres always thievery, dont blame me if you fail though, and there are probably tutorials on how to steal well tbh so look for those lol (million dollar corporations dont fucking need more money, but dont steal from small businesses)
look around the house *everywhere* for any chains, studs, jewelry you can take apart, old gloves and socks for armwarmers, and things you can make into charms
save almost everything, i know it sounds like hoarding, and well it kinda is but saving stuff comes in handy 96.4% of the time, just keep it all organized lol
dumpster diving is always a solid choice, but always be very very very careful and disinfect anything you find (and urself) *THOUROUGHLY* as well as wearing gloves and other protection
look around outside for stuff! theres a ton of good stuff on the ground especially by stores and other places like that
check places like thrift stores or ebay for a ton of old jewelry in bulk
go to dollar stores and 5 below!! they have really cheap stuff that can be used as charms, fabric for sewing (stuffed animals can be taken apart for faux fur) and they have really cheap clothes!
go to rummage sales/ garage sales!!! they have great stuff for really cheap, and they usually (in my experience) have clothes from the early 2000s which is great for scene kids who like old scene fashion! and if you arent socially anxious you might be able to haggle it down or make deals, always be polite about it though,
