"We walk the plank on a sinking ship" one, ocean & ships mention. two, this is kinda reminiscent of how doing quests for the gods is sometimes. The high energy of this song just makes me think of him
Nobody Puts A Baby In The Corner, Under The Cork Tree — "Can I lay in your bed all day? // I'll be your best kept secret and your biggest mistake" loser boyfriend hours! "Hand behind this pen relives a failure every day" This line totally speaks to Percy's survivors guilt. The pen is riptide, and his failures are all the people he failed to save. Bianca, Zoe, Beckendorf, and so. many. more. "You look so good in blue, you look so good in blue" he loves blue !! cuz of his mom!!!
Uma Thurman, American Beauty/American Psycho — "Oh, oh, oh, I'll keep you like an oath" percy and his loyalty!!! "The blood, the blood, the blood of the lamb // is worth two lions but here I am" applicable to both great prophecies: the first, with him being the big three kid who reached 16, and the second with him waking up Gaea with his blood. I also like the line "And may death find you alive", because he just keeps living
Miss Missing You, Save Rock And Roll — it reminds me of percabeth at the end of the battle of the labyrinth / the beginning of the last olympian. It just feels a bit like doomed love, like love that's there but can't be held onto, and that really feels like them to me.

Thriller, Infinity On High — "Every dot com's refreshing for a journal update" this invokes imagery of Annabeth hyperfocusing on something and refreshing the page 20 times for it to load. "The only thing I haven't done yet is die // And it's me and my plus one at the afterlife" this reminds me a lot of the fall into tartarus, and a bit of her huburis with the first part of those lyrics.
Dead on Arrival, Take This To Your Grave — "A rivalry goes so deep // between me and this loss of sleep over you" this is SO Annabeth being mad at herself for having a crush on percy.

Homesick at Space Camp from Take This To Your Grave. "Tonight is all about, we miss you" makes me think about how I MISS Grover and also him & Annabeth when Percy went missing. "Tonight the headphones will deliver you the words that I can't say" but instead of headphones it's empathy link and instead of words I can't say it's his emotions ygwim ???
Grenade Jumper, Take This To Your Grave — "My heart ticks in beat with these kids that I grew up with" connects well to the empathy link too!! "Hey Chris, you were our only friend // And I know this is belated, but we love you back" makes me think of Annabeth & Percy saying that to Grover

What A Catch, Donnie, Folie à Deux — "I've got troubled thoughts with the self esteem to match" do I even NEED to explain this one??? Nico has so many troubled thoughts and his self esteem? nonexistent. he thinks everyone thinks he's a demon and a monster, and that nobody ever wants to be around him. he is so troubled :<. "Mrs. Flack, said I still want you back" but Mrs. Flack is Bianca. he wants his sister back. I also love the ending of this song, how it's a combination of several other FOB songs. It feels like your life flashing before your eyes, and I think that's pretty applicable to Nico. And, this song just has a beaten down vibe to it, and Nico's been beaten down since he was 10.
Fake Out, So Much (For) Stardust -- "Do you laugh about me whenever I leave? // Or do I just need more therapy?" fits with how he runs away from places and thinks nobody wants him around. "Love is in the air, I just gotta figure out a window to break out" this boy is RUNNING from his emotions guys, especially love

27, Folie à Deux — "If 'home is where rhe heart is' // then we're all just fucked // I can't remember" this song starts off with a Jason double whammy,, like ??? hello???? are we serious ToT. He has a seriously conflicting relationship with the concept of a home; he was abandoned by his mother when he was two, then raised in a military for the next 14 years. where is home??? :( and then obviously we get introduced to him when he can't rememeber anything. "My mind is a safe // and if I keep it then we all get rich" he does NOT like opening up and being vulnerable!!! "My body is an orphanage // we take everyone in" this line is obv more about sex than anything else, but if we loosen up our interpretations, then I feel like it could totally apply to how he's been used as a tool. he's been raised to be the leader at CJ, then juno just wiped his memory for her swap thing, and then the quest with lester. grhrhrgrhdhdh
So Much (For Stardust) -- thinking about this song in terms of jason's death makes me want to cry.
Immortals, American Beauty/American Psycho — "I'm bad behavior but I do it in the best way" Jason has such a weird relationship with following the rules. on one hand, he pushes against tradition and things like that, but on the other hand, he doesn't like to break promises or break the rules for shits and giggles, so I feel like this line sums that up pretty well. This whole song also feels very Lost Trio coded, so theres that too
Honorable mention to Champion, MANIA -- I associate him with electronic music + he's the champion of juno. and the lyrics "If I can live through this // I can do anything" reminds me of how hopeful he was after blood of olympus :,(

G.I.N.A.S.F.S, Infinity On High -- "Trade baby blues for wide eye browns" ok so we don't know shel's eye color but this is so the jiper breakup & the shelper dating !! "It's a strange way of saying that I know, I'm supposed to love you" this is really reminiscent of the fake memories with Jason and her dating :P . aside from that it just has piper vibes to me, it's not only cuz of her romantic endeavors.
Love From The Other Side, So Much (For) Stardust -- the chorus "Every lover's got a little dagger in their hand" come ON now that's so piper !!!! and "Inscribed like stone and faded by the rain // 'give up what you love // give up what you love before it does you in'" cuz it reminds me of the situation she had with her dad being kidnapped

I Don't Care, Folie à Deux — "Erase myself and let go // Start it over again in Mexico" considering Leo's run away 6 times, this line feels fitting. he's not completely disappearing from the map or anything, but being on the run is a big thing for him. "These friends, they don't love you" he feels like the 7th wheel, like nobody really needs him. this line reads like his insecurities. "The best of us can find happiness in misery"
Hold Me Like A Grudge, So Much (For) Stardust -- there's just SO many lyrics that fit him. "I'm a diamond on the inside, just add the pressure" ? "You put the fun into dysfunction" ?? "Part-time soulmate, full-time problem" ??? and y'all know that boy wants to be held. com on nowwwwww. the upbeat kinda vibe of it mixed with the kinda deprecating lyrics also fits his personality very well. the song feels a bit cheeky, which is totally leo.
On that note about cheeky/upbeat songs, So Good Right Now (SMFSD) is 100% leo too. "I got this doom and gloom in my mind, but I feel all right" !!! plus "Drifting from the start, I ripped myself apart // I'll be whatever you need me to be, you need me to be" is so storm or fire coded...
Honorable mention to The Phoenix (SRAR) because... duh. Another honorable mention to Thriller (IOH) for the line "I can take your problems away with a nod and a wave // of my hand, 'cause that's just the kind of boy I am", which reminded me of the start of the lost hero where he said "I'm a special boy" after rigging Hedge's megaphone. "If heaven's grief brings hell's rain // Then I'd trade all my tomorrows for just one yesterday" she literally sacrificed herself for her mom :( "(I know I'm bad news)" This fits so well with how she felt like a curse for so long, and how she was scared to get close to people because they might die. "If I spilled my guts // The world would never look at you the same way" directed at gaea when she stopped her rising the first time !? I LOVE HAZEL !!!!!!

My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark, Save Rock And Roll -- I'm getting inexplicable frank energy from this one. obviously it's about fire and burning stuff, but I feel like the way it is is more frank than leo ...? something about it is just giving throat slamming a god and killing hundreds of katobleps to me.
Honorable mention to So Much (For) Stardust, for the intro "Burning myself down, burning myself down, burning" and also "Pretty positive my pain isn't cool enough, pain isn't cool enough" cuz I feel like his trauma gets overlookeddddd (his mom died at war, then his only remaining mortal family, his gma sent him away, and when he saw her again she disappeared / died ???)

The Last Of The Real Ones (MANIA) is very percabeth coded to me!! "I know this whole damn city thinks it needs you // But not as much as I do" this could be either one of them, but I likeeee to think it's annabeth b4 the battle of manhattan, or at new rome. "Write our names in the wet concrete" they'd 110% do that.
