Finally got around to starting to post my new comic. It's a small-town horror-ish sort of deal about four teenagers uncovering the secrets behind the abandoned town near their home.
I decided to make it largely because the small-town-horror subgenre never really captures the crumbling infrastructure and abject poverty of rural Appalachia correctly.
There's also two cats in it. Kind of.

working on stuff for my next comic. on the most fun part: location designs.... and scripting, which isn't too bad. going to actually finish the script for all of part 1 before I start drawing it, rather than script as I go along.
in the actual comic i WILL draw all of the stones but. not for a rough design. too much work

working on visual development for my next comic. tried something new with the coloring style and it's terrible (way too muddy). don't try new things, guys, they suck
character is Hex (they/them). they're supposed to be unhealthily skinny but i don't think it's reading. also i need to make their room more dramatic and ostentatious

Small animation take I did for class! Featuring Aika from IDWTBAMG
finished the first draft of the prose book i was writing for fun and immediately started on another one. it's called saprophagy and it's about roadkill, rust, and things that aren't dead. everything i touch turns to ecohorror. doodled the protagonists, Al (Alberta) and Rose (allegedly), two very normal human women who are both perfectly fine and alive

monster doodle from the book i work on when i'm bored. idk what the genre would be ... sci-horror, kind of? sci-fi eco-horror for all ages...
made another one of these because i dont do things at the times when one is supposed to do them
doodles of my guys (sasha and lysander. sasha is approximately normal sized, lysander's just super tall)
i needed to practice drawing characters physically interacting with each other. poses get so much more complicated when there's more than one of them.
