am I depressed or just sleep deprived and malnourished??

I’m so out of it right now. I feel so insanely unproductive and unmotivated. I’ve been staying up way too late and waking up way too late too. I feel like I’m wasting my time sleeping in late. By the time I wake up everyday it’s like 10am. On top of that I have no friends to talk to or go out with. I’ve just been lying around my house since May 21st when my school let out for summer. All of my friends and even my sisters have constantly been going out and doing things. I’m getting so sad and despondent. Having nothing to do and no routine is just not good for my mental health but I have no idea what to do. I’m constantly on my phone and watching tv I’m genuinely about to loose my mind. And my family keeps forcing me to clean up their messes and I keep getting yelled at for the house being messy. Bsffr I’m not making the mess so why is it my problem. Being away from a routine has genuinely nerfed me so bad.

I listen to Le Serafim, Twice, Ive, Itzy, Aespa, Red Velvet, Kiss of LIfe, Hearts2Hearts, UNCHILD and KiiKii but the group I always come back to is Black Pink cause they were the first group I ever biased
