Breeds of Khajiit
So I was originally supposed to write about the Khajiit in general, but there was a little too much to include in one article. So I decided that I would write about something that I find kind of interesting. The Breeds of Khajiit.
I found out that there are massive variations in the Khajiit. From huge and fierce tigers to tiny house cats. From men to the normal Cathay that we all know.
According to the Khajiit, one’s appearance (as a Khajiit) and mind is depending on the Moon Phase of Masser- which is the bigger moon- and Secunda- the smaller moon- of when one is born. The four phases being Full, Waxing, New and Waning.
The main appearances can be separated to four categories or groups, which is decided by Masser. If my observations are correct, it seems that the closer Masser is to the Full phase, the bigger and fiercer the Khajiit is. I will write an example when Secunda is explained.
Secunda is to decide the appearance within these groups. And it seems that the closer it is to the full phase the softer and smaller the Khajiit is. I then guess that the combination between the Secunda and Masser makes it even.
For example, if the Masser is in the Waning phase and Secunda in full phase, it will make a tiny housecat. It the Masser is Full and Secunda in Waning phase, it will be a pretty large and fearsome tiger.
One will become and Ohmes when the Secunda is full and Masser is New, and is almost impossible to differ from the Bosmer, overseeing the height difference. The Ohmes are shorter than Bosmer.
The Cathay, the Khajiit that every Skyrim and Oblivion gamer knows, are made when Secunda is full and Masser is Waxing.
