Growing up in an abusive household is a fucking trip dude……If you’ve never had someone angrily wash a dish at you or fold a sock in your direction then how are you gonna understand why I get nervous when you quietly do the laundry, or why I ask “are you mad at me?” when you set the bag of groceries down too hard? It’s a totally different way of living and it impacts you long after you’ve left the situation.

My leading up to getting sick and almost dying. Therapist always ask me how I feel about anniversaries. Like it's a subconscious thing. I've been a little worried about getting sick and have been feeling sick and it's been making me nervous bc the kind of sick I feel like is like frothy spit I'm drowning in it. Post nasal drip. Cough throat ow.

Will edit and add later update gonna rest and go to the minute clinic tomorrow. Dont want to be sick.
