You know the sick thing is I was RAISED from a little child to believe that this was something I should worship & be thankful for. I should be thankful someone was tortured & murdered in the most horrid of ways? No wonder America is one nation under God. They have blood lust.
Social media & I do not mix well. I have to try so hard just to survive on a normal human basis from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. Someday are easier than others. But, days like today remind me that I was not built for social media. Which is horrible because I love Instagram. But, I can't handle being misunderstood or made to feel like my opinions on things that mean a lot to me are stupid. I also don't fair well with things un-intentionally being thrown in my face. NONE of these feelings mix well with being here. I know I have weird and often difficult opinions that make people throw their hands up and say what the fuck ever Denise shut up! But, I never had much and I don't have much now. So what little I am able to accomplish I have to hold it right without a wavering opinion because I am not able to "just do things" I have days were breathing feels like it's the only thing I'm capable of accomplishing for the day. I am a lot of handle. I have strong thoughts. It's who I am. I've tried to change. But, it always leaks out. I'm not an easy human being to get along with and more times than not I end up ruining perfectly decent conversations & friendships because I simply can not let go of all I have work towards. My life has NEVER been easy. From the day I was born the cards were stacked against me. No adults ever cared, no siblings watched over me with caring eyes, teachers dismissed me & my own parents neglected me. My life is not that bad compared to many others. But, it's not my life I have issues with. It's my mind and prison cell I am stuck in trying to get out of on a daily basis. I'm not normal, I'm not you, I feel things on a deeper level. I know this comes off as stuck up, or pretentious. But, that isn't who I am. I just can't give in or let things slack for even a moment because if I do. I will lose this battle I am having with myself.
