travel purposes: when it would be easier in terms of paperwork to declare a deceased body than get a visa when traveling internationally

when they fall ill and resurrection is cheaper than the necessary medical treatment

the odd punishment— when those around MEV who don’t respond to their own punishment should misbehave

resurrection errors— when MEV returns with too much memory or previous character, they are immediately dismissed and resurrected to a more appropriate state (note— this is often a Code Gray and requires multiple staff members to hold them down before treatment is redone)
