I wasted a month on this.
Experiment Log: (Because itâs only science if itâs written down, and I canât hold a pen steadily enough to write):
Hypothesis: Lying on the ground for weeks will have no effect on me.
Materials:Â
Myself.
The ground.
Procedure:Â
Lie down for a long time.
Get up.
Record results.
Results:Â Nothing happened.
Conclusion: I was right.
âBack when I was still alive, I remember there was some kind of experiment NASA did where they had people lie completely motionless for months. After some experiments of my own, it turns out lying down completely motionless for three weeks, and then nine days after that, will make you forget you exist.â
The only one to call out my pASSifist ways.
âI havenât moved in WEEKS!â
Happy birthday!
âItâs not my birthday and also I think I hate you.â
legends say that those who climb the mountain never return.
happy birthday, UNDERTALE.Â
i could do a heartfelt speech about how much joy it brought me, how many friends it gave me, how many tears it made me shed, but also Iâve been drawing UNDERTALE stuff pretty much non-stop since it came out so I think thatâd be kinda redundant.
thank you, Toby Fox. youâre a cool dude.

Crap now look what youâve done! BC knew they shouldnât have just suddenly grabbed the child, but they only really expected a back hand to the face, maybe some harsh words. This was entirely different and oh god did they know the child was terrified of the situation, at least now they knew. BC instinctively kept a firm hold on the thrashing child as to keep them from hurting themself, carefully setting them to the ground with a repeated âIâm sorry! Iâm sorry!!â Once they had safely let the child down they stood back up to take the chocolate bar they were after from the shelf, getting to their knees to possibly match eye level, or even be a little lower. They held out the bar, barely able to face the terrified child. âIâm so sorry I was just trying to help, I wasnât going to hurt you, I swear.â They stumbled over their words. They half oped this Chara wasnât as violent as the others, and half knew anything that was put upon them they deserved. That was possibly the stupidest action they couldâve ever made.
Their first instinct upon being set down was to dart away as fast as their legs could carry them, but one thing stopped CC in their rush of panic.
First of all, this person had willingly set them down instead of being forced to drop them by their thrashing, and second, they were currently holding out the chocolate that CC had been spending all this time trying to acquire in the first place.
So, for these reasons, they were able to drown the instinct to flee long enough to come back to their senses.
Okay. Analyze the situation, get a hold of yourself, just do something. They were in Chara Haven, and so it was most likely safe to assume that this was another Chara. It seemed like they hadnât been trying to actually grab them - they put CC down immediately instead of attempting to hold on before being forced to let go. And...
...they had given them their chocolate. CC quietly tore the wrapper open, broke off a square of chocolate, put it into their mouth, and let it melt in their mouth - smooth and sweet.
CC could tell that the other Chara had said a few things, but their own panic meant that they hadnât actually processed any of it. It didnât seem like they would be able to respond normally.
...And despite getting grabbed, this Chara helped them get something they wanted.
CC silently broke off half of the chocolate bar, kept the upper half for themself, and handed the other half that was still in the wrapper to the other.

Why were they so tired?
For the past few days, Chara had been feeling completely drained, as well as so, so cold.
One attribute of theirs was that they had very, very little self awareness when it came to their physical health. If they were ill, they were ill - most of the time, it never occurred to them to do things like take medicine or get a little more rest at all.
They never learned. For some unknown reason, they never learned.
And so days of exhaustion and restlessness and cold and dizziness strange achey feelings passed without them doing anything about it. Today, it culminated in a predictable outcome.
Chara, on their way from their room to the kitchen, collapsed in the hallway. They tried to get up, but the world was spinning, and their limbs were heavy, and, and...
Eventually they did manage to drag themself to their feet, but still needed to lean on the wall for support. The world was a little fuzzy right now.
