(¸.⢠â â  Kara heard a familiar voice, Barry. The girl used her super speed to be now where he was âDonât worry, I will get you out of hereâ She told him, now with her hand, picking up that debris that were there, with Barry âYou okay?â
Barry glanced up at at Kara, sighing with relief. âThank god.â He said, moving hurriedly to get up. âYeah Iâm fine. Donât know what Iâd do without your super strength, to be honest.â He shook his head, wiping dirt from his arms.
frcstypcwers:
(¸.⢠â â  Oh no. She was scared and when that happens, bad things always happen or not bad things for her, mostly this bad thing was letting Killer Frost to take over but she didnât mind, somehow she managed to control a bit that part. Now her hair was white and her lips blue and all of her was chilly, she saw Barry, buried beneath that debris, the woman went there and used her eyes to destroy that, so that way he could get out âMove, Flash, this is time to be a bit more fastâ
Barry glanced up at her, wincing as he pulled himself up. âYeah, thanks for the tip.â He answered, holding his side as he moved away from the rubble. Moving fast wasnât really going to be all that easy now, not when he was pretty sure one of his ribs was broken. âAre you okay?â He asked her, although he was expecting some smartass response in return.
awcndergirl:
âFlash!â Cassie called out sprinting toward him, grabbing debris as fast as she could and moving it off of him.  âAre you okay?â She asked concerned for the other though she knew most of it was mute. Speedsters healed faster then humans, Cassie often got hung up on the fact they still are which means they still can die rather simply.
Barry pushed a piece of rubble out of the way from where he was lying. âAmazingly... nothing is broken.â He grunted as he pushed another out of the way, along with her help, so he could pull himself out of the pile. âYou okay?â He asked her, more worried about her than himself.Â
rubyarais:
There were certain things that Ruby knew were going to happen. She had some information, some idea of the major events of 2018. The metahuman combustion crisis was a big one- but she couldnât mess with the timeline too dramatically. One thing she did know as that the Flash did not die during it- so she felt pretty safe in saving him. Lifting the heavy chunk of rock from him and hoping his accelerated healing would fix⌠whatever damage it had caused, she dragged him out of the rubble. âHey, hey? You still with us?â
Everything went dark. Not in a blackout sorta way, but in the way that all sunlight was blocked out. Barry was aware of two things at that point. One, he couldnât move. Two, he was pretty damn sure his leg was caught under something heavy. And boy did it hurt. He squinted as sunlight suddenly flooded over him, blinking a few times as he was strongly pulled from the rubble. He gasped, the pain suddenly searing in his leg. âYeah, yeah Iâm okay.â He forced himself to say, reaching for his leg. It wasnât broken, he was sure of, thank god. But he definitely could feel it bleeding, and it was distracting him from the person who had just saved him.
Explosions. Loud and frequent, almost as terrifying as when the particle accelerator had malfunctioned. Almost. Except this time no one seemed to have any idea what was going on, including Barry. He didnât even know where to start, before he saw someone nearby leaving one of the buildings, debris about to collapse above them. âCrap.â He breathed before breaking into a sprint, appearing next to the person just as the debris fell and pushing them out of the way. Barry didnât have any time to move out of the way himself, getting buried beneath it instead.
vagranthood:
when all was said and done, jason was a human. his strength and weaknesses were all bound to that one singular fact. h u m a n. a human with a twisted moral streak that involved killing others without guilt or remorse sure, but this? even jason, who claimed he didnât feel a thing, couldnât help but race forward as a doorway filled with falling debris, trapping kids and adults alike inside the burning building. he could hear the shouts â the screaming. without thinking, he started attacking the fallen barriers in a bid to get through. âSOMEONE⌠FUCKING⌠HELP ME!â each punch and shove was punctuated with a yell as he exerted himself over and over again. âCOME ON!â
Barry didnât know what was going on. It was all happening so fast, he didnât even think before he put on his suit and ran to the streets of the city. All he could do was keep his team updated and try and save as many people as he could. As he ran into a building that was close to collapsing, he heard yelling, screaming. But someone in particular was demanding help because he was saving others. Barry ran over in a blink of an eye, immediately helping the man pull the barriers out of the way. âAs soon as we get these out of the way Iâll grab everyone and you get them out of here.â He said over the loud crackling of the flames.
ok so i had work all day and work all day tomorrow so iâll try and respond to stuff tomorrow morning!!

She barelyfelt a thing, and before she knew it, they were home. Iris smiled at Barry andunlocked the door, sighing at the warmth welcoming them in. âYou pick themovie, Iâll make us some hot chocolate and bring the menus so we can decide.Iâm feeling Chinese, what about you?â With her bag and jacket soonforgotten, she made it to the kitchen, smiling the noise in the other room. Ittruly felt like home when Barry was around.
Barry followed after her, bouncing on his toes as he shut the door behind them. âChinese sounds... great.â He shrugged and gave her a smile before heading to the living room and crouching down beside the entertainment center. âHow do you feel about Anchorman? Or maybe like. A holiday movie... Hm.â He pursed his lips, feeling indecisive.
thetimothydrake:
âIâve been lucky most of my life, when itâs come to things like that,â he hummed, leaning away from the machine as it steamed. âMy parents were⌠very well off, but when I was thirteen they were in a serious accident, my mother⌠passed away, and my father was wheelchair bound.â He was almost clinical as he said it- he had to be, now. âWe had to spend a lot of the family money on getting somewhere adapted for him, and support while I was at school. And he struggled with it a lot, we ended up with⌠we werenât penniless, but we werenât really rich anymore. Iâm exceptionally fortunate that⌠when he passed away I was adopted- sort of- by Bruce Wayne.â Was that too much information? He wasnât sure. If Barry knew Bruceâs identity it probably wouldnât be too much more of a leap to deduce Timâs, but it was public record.Â
Barry grew serious, listening as he spoke. He hadnât known... any of that. Of course he was still getting to know Tim, but he would never have guessed his past was quite similar to his own. Barry knew what it was like to have no parents. It was devastating, and he still was trying to cope. âOh. Okay hold on. Bruce Wayne? Seriously?â He raised a brow, this story taking a really strange and unusual turn.Â
thetimothydrake:
âI kind of donât survive without coffee,â he said, shaking his head a little. âI donât sleep much, so⌠itâs probably bad for me, but itâd be worse if I didnât drink so much of it.â Tim grinned, setting the machine up for hot chocolate as he vaguely remembered the instructions saying. âI might see if I can get syrups and stuff, you know? Once upon a time I thought Iâd have to be a barista. Family money problems,â he shrugged a little.Â
Barry was glad he wasnât addicted to caffeine. He probably would be with the copious amounts of coffee he drank, but he tried to stick to decaf to avoid that. He was pretty sure almost everyone at his work was addicted to the stuff. Working at the CCPD was pretty much an around the clock job. âHey, man, nothing wrong with that. Iâve had my fair share of odd jobs.â He shrugged, thinking back. âI definitely was a janitor once.â Barry told him.
ofgumption:
It was getting cold for a walk, and it would take them a while to make it home. Sometimes using his speed for their own selfish needs wasnât bad. The Flash had done a lot for the city, he deserved a break once in a while. âYes, please. I havenât eaten anything since lunch,â she said, giving her stomach a soft pat. âAnd I donât feel like turning into a popsicle out here.â
âOh well we definitely donât want that.â Barry said seriously before smirking and moving to pick her up. âAlright, hold on tight.â He warned, although he knew she knew the drill. This definitely wasnât the first time theyâd done this. Once he picked her up he took off at a run, and in a matter of seconds they were in front of the stairs leading up to the porch. Barry set her down gently, only mildly out of breath. âAnd here we are.â
thetimothydrake:
âTrue,â Tim nodded, turning to the various tubs. âRight, this oneâs decaf coffee, I think, I havenât touched it- oh, this one I think is normal hot chocolate?â He said, squinting at the label. âItâs, uh. Kind of a special⌠mini-industrial⌠thing.â He ran a hand through his hair, sheepishly looking at Barry. âI like coffee, I figured best to spend a little more for something thatâll get a lot of use, you know?â
âNo, no I think thatâs cool. Also something we really need around here.â Barry admitted with a shrug. âIâll definitely have some hot chocolate this time around. Decaf next time.â He pointed. Probably the only coffee he could really have without any bad side effects that would annoy the hell out of people around him.
frcstypcwers:
(¸.⢠â â  "I know but sheâs powerful enough and even if you are faster, Iâve never met someone like her beforeâ She muttered, a small sigh escaped from her lips, looking at Barry âSure someone but no one really could, sheâs very clever and strong too, I wasnât strong enough, I guessâŚâ Her head was starting to hurt a bit âHe really hits pretty hard, especially when she has all those metals in his hardâ
He was sure his previous enemies, Zoom.. Savitar, they had to be more powerful than this new enemy. âMaybe not alone. But together?â Barry furrowed his brows and moved to pick her up. âCome on, letâs get you some help.â He ran out of there, needing to get her fixed up back at S.T.A.R Labs.
Sorry Iâve been MIA today itâs been crazy! Iâll reply to stuff tonight or tomorrow meh lovelies. <3
thetimothydrake:
âIâm not that stupid,â he laughed a little, shaking his head. âAnd there is stuff he can do that Iâm not even close to, thatâs why Iâm here- to learn.â Fighting had always come more difficultly to him than any of the other Robins- even Steph- but he was good at thinking. He wasnât a superhero, he wasnât particularly special- he was an athletic teenager. With a genius level IQ. And in his darkest moments, he clung to that. âI⌠might? It came with a load of tubs of things.â
âThatâs why weâre all here, honestly.â Barry sighed and moved to take a seat, leaning back comfortably. They all had a lot to learn, obviously the team wasnât perfect. But they worked it out in the end and thatâs all that really mattered. âOooh. Let me see!â He said excitedly, his interest suddenly peaked.
ofgumption:
Iris triedher best to hide her joy, but it was difficult so she gave him a bright smileinstead. âThirty? I believe there was a time we watched it at least once aweek, so itâs safe to say that Iâve lost count.â But they couldnât say noto her dad, it was almost impossible. âDonât worry, dadâs not home. Weâllwatch any movie you want, how does that sound?â Iris tossed her emptycoffee cup into a trash can and linked her arm through his.
âYeah... Youâre right.â Barry forgot that phase where they literally did watch it that often. It had been torture. They were definitely teenagers around that time, and all heâd wanted to watch was sci-fi flicks. Mainly Star Wars. Needless to say he wasnât any less nerdy than back then. âSounds perfect.â Barry said softly, his heart skipping a beat as her arm linked through his. âSo can I like, get us home at my speed or do you want to walk the whole way there...?â He scrunched his nose up cutely.
