If you're worried about hungover pilots flying on January 1st, don't worry they're hungover the rest of the year too.
The local airport wishes you a happy 2023. May all your flights be on time and your engines not be on fire.
All of these are unwanted airplane behaviors that can be curbed with proper training, maintenance, and care!!! They are not inherent behaviors to planes due to their size, occupation or husbandry! If the aircraft you are on is exhibiting any of these behaviors, please be aware that it is not the aircraft's fault but the airlines, as these often result from improper, insufficient or otherwise neglectful training and maintenance on the part of the airline.
do planes like turbulence or does it scare them?
a plane is no more afraid of the whims of the wind than the earth is afraid of the vacuum of space which it hurtles through. the pilots on the other hand love it i think, especially if passengers spill drinks on themselves.
Uh hey, tower, quick question. Does this airport have a landing zone for seaplanes? Cause I'm seeing a lot of grass and pavement from up here.
There's a a suitable outdoor children's swimming pool approximately two miles southeast of the airport caution water slide.
Fighter jets and pilots are known to bully other aircraft on the ground and in the air which is why they are generally kept seperate from civilian aircraft.
Runway lights aren't actually aids for the pilots, airplanes love shiny lights and they flash to entice the planes to land it's like shaking a bag of treats.
what do you feed the airplanes
Jet fuel, avgas and unruly passengers
I want what they have...
What is an airplane?
a powered flying vehicle with fixed wings and a weight greater than that of the air it displaces; an aeroplane. Also man's best friend.
Do you love the color of airplane

why do the larger airplanes not simply eat the smaller airplanes?
This is actually one of those things about aircraft that isn't immediately obvious! Big planes as a whole generally are inclined to mind their own business and do their jobs while small airplanes are the ones engaging in predatory behavior.
The myth that large airplanes have any interest in feeding on smaller aircraft comes from video clips of small planes getting caught in the wake turbulence that big jets leave behind- which is not intentional and provides no benefit to the jets. In fact the opposite is true, small maneuverable aircraft have a natural instinct to form packs to take down larger aircraft. This natural instinct has been harnessed by militaries all over the world to use planes to strategically destroy large targets.
While general aviation aircraft tend to be more on the peaceful side, civilian Cirrus planes have even been recorded taking down turboprops all by themselves through strategic maneuvering, though this is often a perilous hunting strategy.
Taxiway F is closed forever because there is a standoff between an a319 and an 737 and no one wants to deal with it so we're just leaving them there.
While this may be a surprise due to the sheer size of jet airliners, most airports they park at are actually fenced off to avoid natural predation. As they are specially bred for their size and endurance, theyve lost a lot of the evolutionary adaptations that allowed them to live as nomadic monophages in the wild and need protection and care from humans to survive.
We absolutely host weddings at the airport by the way and you should come and get married at the airport I heard if you ask the cargo pilots nicely they let you take pictures sitting in the big engines.
Once in a lifetime experience! Come and see our upcoming show where many talented rc aircraft operators work together to recreate famous aircraft disasters with unique accurate model planes on runway 06/24 to celebrate its reopening
