Mahmoud (@mahmoud-sharif) reached out to me and shared his story. He and his family are in desperate need of help reaching their fundraising goal so they can get to Egypt and escape the genocide in Gaza.
He needs medical treatment for his eye and his wife is pregnant with their fourth child and needs a safe place to give birth. His and his family’s work, dreams, and safety have been completely uprooted by Israel’s bombardment of their home and country.

We are from the Gaza Strip, which suffers from wars. I lived through 5 of these wars, and I lost my eyes and fingers hand , and my other eye was damaged. These were the previous wars until this 2023 war came and destroyed everything from my home and my workplace.

I am Ahmed, 31 years old, with my wife Asmaa and our children: Mohammed (9 years old), Kareem (6 years old), Namer (4 years old), and Sahad (1.5 years old). We have faced many challenges in this war, starting from the destruction of our home to the famine we continue to endure in northern Gaza.
My son Mohammed suffers from motor and

Most of us are recurring to VPNs and the like, and it's true people are disappearing. On top of that, there have been instances of usamericans literally tagging venezuelan authorities when they see a venezuelan trying to share info about the protests and the situation. I wish i was lying.
Anyways, I just feel the need to share awareness somehow.
Update: Twitter and other webpages have been blocked and can only be accessed with VPNs. There's concerns about people arrested being taken to La Helicoide, a fucking giant torture center. If people really doubt venezuelans, I'm begging you to do your own research about La Helicoide and La Tumba (If you aren't sensitive)
