Hi, It’s Been A While 😃 Is tumblr even a thing anymore?

I wrote this really long post but tumblr ate it.

Quick version: My Weight is the highest it’s been in 17 years, I joined Weight Watchers (sorry I can’t call it WW.. I hate it), went to a meeting today, new program - I’m green which is essentially smart points, day 1 starts today

Today’s food - Light & Fit strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt with hemp hearts. 4 sp. 2 eggs with everything but the bagel seasoning + 2 pieces of precooked bacon. 6 sp. I’m unsure about dinner.

Oh, and I had coffee with sugar free syrup and heavy cream 3sp. I’m trying to figure out something lower in points. I bought sf coffeemate today and paired it with sf sweetener... let’s just say it was awful! I might just stick with heavy cream or maybe have more coffeemate (with no sweetener).

Gym: 1 hour walking Intervals on the treadmill. I’ve actually been really consistent about going to the gym since September.
