Today is #nationalveganday and my first #veganniversary so I wanted to share my journey through this amazing lifestyle. On the left that's me one year ago. I was fighting against anorexia nervosa, suffering from chronic fatigue, low energy, amenorrhea and immune deficiency. And here I am today, on the right, after one whole year as a vegan. I don't need coffee cause I've so much energy I feel like I can rule the world. I go mountain biking, i run, I jump rope and eat till I'm really satisfied. Moreover I am more conscious of the impact I'm having on the planet and of the animals I'm saving everyday. The question is not whether or not you can make a difference, but just a matter of what kind! So dear friends who always ask me "was it difficult to let go of all this?" My answer is and will always be no, everything I let go of enriched me in so many ways I can't even explain. This lifestyle was my savior.
