  Kaede caught the balls with ease, and juggled the total of ten balls without skipping a beat, “Thank you, blonde man!” She replied with gratitude, jumping onto the ball behind her seconds after finishing her sentence. The way Kaede did it made it look almost painfully easy and the crowd cheered.

As a finale, Kaede balanced on one leg and threw each ball high in the air and proceeding to catch each one with one arm, letting it roll off her hand and into the pouch by Edwards feet. She then bowed to everyone while still on the ball, “Thank you! Thank you!” She said, speaking in English.

Finally she jumped off of the ball and walked over to Edward, “Thank you again, blonde man! What’s your name?”

This girl was good. She was really good. He hadn't seen something like that in years. Edward knew this tricks were hard as hell to do. However this girl did them with skill and ease. How many years had she been training to do this. Within moments however, the act was over. Getting ready to leave, Edward was stopped by the girl. "Welcome. I'm Edward. And you are?"

Performing was one of Kaede’s favourite things, and right now, she was doing simple street performances for the crowds of people that gathered in the area. Juggling, Acrobats, Balancing and even Contortions, Kaede did them all, and they loved it.

As she was juggling seven regular juggling balls, she called out to Edward, who was just a passer-by, “Hey, blonde man over there, throw in some more juggling balls at me!” She commanded, though her voice was light-hearted and friendly, just like her smile.

The city seemed a whole lot brighter today. Edward just couldn't put his finger on it. He was currently doing errands for Winry who needed some parts only found in the city. Edward would have passed, but after she fixed his automail for the 5th time it was the least he could do. Golden eyes surveyed the area discovering a rather large crowd. 

A young girl was in the middle of the crowd doing tricks. She had indeed noticed Edward, calling him over to help her out with the act. He couldn't say no. Squeezing himself into the crowd, the alchemist spotted what she wanted. "Here ya go!" Edward tossed 3 balls at her.

  "I… I just…" The ghost looked down at his shoes, ashamed. "I don’t really sleep any more… so sometimes I watch others." Wow. There really had been no way to not make that sound creepy. Nice job, Thomas.

"D-don’t run away, please!"

"How could you not sleep anymore..? Sleep is essential for livin- wait.." Edward reached out for the young man and to his surprise, his hand went straight through. "Holy shit. You're.. dead." Golden eyes widened as he moved back an inch. This day just got weirder.

  "The library? I was currently heading there. To be quite honest, I’m bad at giving and receiving directions. I know where it is, but can’t explain how to get there. Weird, I know," she chuckled softly in reply.

"How about we walk there together?"

"That's okay. " He began. At this point, the alchemist was fully ready to head back home. Unless he was going to his destination there was no need to wander around for another hour. 

"How about we walk there together?"

Holding back a smile, he nodded. "That would be great. Thank you."

          “So, in conclusion, I am unable to swim, because I’m on my period. This harsh 28-day cycle has overtaken me again. I am deeply sorry.” Now, he adds an apologetic smile and his excuse should be fullproof.

Was this guy messing around with him? There is no possible way for a man to have a period. That was only for females right? Right? Edward was beginning to doubt whatever he had learned from residing with Winry for a few months. "Oi. Are you telling the truth?"

"You there. Would you mind pointing me to the nearest library?" Edward had been walking around in circles for the past hour and he had officially given up.

then he goes and makes this face and I want to punch this kid in the face

            He stops all movements when the other began to utter a few words, signaling that he had felt Renshu touching his golden locks. Optics widen as he holds in his breath and his body freezes, knowing that he had been caught by the other. He was ready to leave him alone until he realized that he did not tell him to stop. Upon realization of this he believes that he did not mind the hair touching, in fact, he might actually like it and would want him to continue.

          A bubble of laughter escapes him once he sees the male going back to sleep. Fingers weave through this hair again, finger tips slowly grazing over his scalp every few seconds. “Yes, yes, five more minutes should be enough”, he simply states, playing with the male’s hair again.

Edward felt relaxed with the person. Something about the man made him feel at peace. It could be the fact he's touching his hair. Falling into yet another deep sleep, Edward couldn't think of anything but food. He had a horrible dream about being chased by an large hamburger. Jerking awake, the alchemist noticed that the person had stopped playing with his hair. 

He yawned. "Ah. I haven't slept that good in a while!" Edward stretched before identifying who was playing with his hair. It was a young man a few years older than him. He looked rather nice. "Uh.. thanks. "

Thomas stared, horrifed as he realized that the other had woken up from his nap. Oh god, that was not a good sign. The boy swallowed roughly.

"Tch. Isn't it rude to stare at someone?" He mumbled. Edward stretched before beckoning the young man to come over. Smiling mischievously, he put his hand on his chin. "So.. why were you staring at me?"
