Significance shifts!! The equinox represents a perfect balance of light and dark, like literally on the equator- perfect day to night ratio. I'm under the assumption that there must be some kind of energetic effect on us as well. I always feel the significance of this time and the renewal that it can potentially bring. Many cultures recognize this time of year as the beginning. I welcome that idea this year and I'm setting an intention to create more and contribute to purposeful intent within myself and others. 🙏🏽I wish you all receive more and more of that good stuff in the months to come. 🖋🖤

NIGHT Sometimes there’s an aloneness that only night can produce. Senses are heightened and feelings become highly acute, not always offering what is true. I think this is a mechanism that’s meant to keep us alive. In another time, maybe when we lived in a more wild environment, it could save our lives. Ideas come in the late hours. Some good, some bad, either can produce an misplaced notion of importance. Our subconscious processes while we sleep and with morning comes clarity. . . .

PLATEAU When I hit some sort of plateau in my development I need to remember that this is an opportunity to rest and reflect. I can’t go full on the entire time. At times when I feel uninspired I remind myself to use that time to practice. Then when the inspiration hits, I’ll have the skills to execute my vision. 🖋🖤 cause really, what else can one one do when they get to such places?
