These two are proper gems! Ace Attorney still manages to make the new defense and prosecutor absolutely wonderful!... I wish i could say the same about the game they were introduced in.

I have mixed feelings about the 5th game but Simon and Athena made it worth going through, i absolutely love them as a characters. Simon was a welcome addition to the Edgeworth Anything Agency and after Kristoph in the last game, who was a more calm and actually cooperative prosecutor, It's nice getting someone as tough as Athena Cykes is. She's definitely now my 2nd favorite prosecutor behind good ol' Wright.

Also i did really like the new gameplay that Simon introduced with the "Mood Melody". It is a very weird power but hey at this point, a bird that can pinpoint read emotions of humans and relay that to it's master through song is just par for the course in this series.

Oh god, these two. They never shut up! Redd is somewhat funny with the weird words or outright made-up ones and i just didn't like April, her smashing Diego over the head with the Thinker probably left a sour taste in my mouth. Not to mention all the blackmail and deaths that was directly her fault.

However watching their downfall? It was rather satisfying, considering their crimes and i couldn't have done it without the Fey Siblings. I'm admittedly sad that Diego is dead, i wanted to get to know him more and hell it would have been cool to see him in full lawyer action! But doesn't seem like that's gonna... but it's not all bad! Kay seems like a fun character so gonna be interesting to see what she's like going forward. Can't wait to start the next case, a TV-star that was arrested of killing his co-star? Can't wait to see what that is about!

Yknow, After Larry's boyfriend, Frank Sawhit died in the first case, i kinda zoned out of Larry's love life but i went back and counted every single boyfriend he's had. Through the first trilogy we heard about 13 separate men that he's been together. It is almost impressive how often this man manages to get together with guys and also how often he gets DUMPED.

Okay well i didn't see that coming! So Verity and Simeon are half-siblings to Eustace? And... well no hang on, Bronco Hawthorne was from Simeon's dad's second marriage so he's not related to anyone or well not by blood. So Kay has three cousins. Eustace has two half siblings and then those half siblings has a half sibling on top of that... I think.

This family is so complicated, lol

Yknow... I knew that Miles couldn't be the killer but man looks can be deceiving. How was i suppose to know that his boyfriend would be the culprit!?

Then again my deductive skills are kinda shit given that the A. I didn't recognize De Killer when i clearly saw him from Kay's POV in that one scene and B. that i didn't figure out that Adam Nimity is just a play on word of Anonymity lol

The Von Karma's are truly highlights in these games, Manfred sure is a bit of sore loser and a rather difficult rival in court but i found him as a character interesting and at certain times, kinda cool! I think he also helps Wright's role as a rival, if you have the same rivals time and time again, you run the risk of them getting stale. So having multiple prosecutor for Miles to face off against helps things feeling fresh. Also his final scene with Wright was so good, seeing how both of them were growing as people.

Then you have Franziska, what a final boss for the first entry! One of the more tricky villains we've had to deal with and to THINK that all of this was just because Wright's dad, Edward managed to give her a penalty. Such a comically petty reason for murder but it fits so perfectly into her character.

Manfred better come back soon in the series. He did make a promise to deliver a certain piece of evidence once Miles meets him again. So i hope we'll get to see that one day!

How the hell am i suppose to win this one?! Our killer is a professional assassin, the man who hired him is my client and here i am forced to defend him because Kay GOT KIDNAPPED. Sure Wright is on Miles side at this point and Ema is trying her best to help but how can i ensure that Powers goes down for his crime all the whilst saving Kay in the process?! Well It's the final day now, so no matter what, It has to end today.

This new cast is great! Do i miss the old gang? Yeah a bit but like Trucy is like my new favorite protagonist from this series and Apollo is a very fun assistant. Very curious about this new prosecutor, Kristoph Gavin, He doesn't quite strike me as the Edgeworth type because he was pretty helpful during the investigation. I can't wait to see how this game continues!

Never thought anyone from THAT case would return since i hear it was just a bonus for the DS version but hey i don't mind it! Glad to see "Detective" Skye back, it's admittedly weird seeing him... as an actual detective now.

Makes me wonder if anyone else is gonna return in the newer games. I mean Kay's cousin, Eustace must be like a teen at this point, just like Edgeworth's son, Apollo. Makes me wonder if they ever meet. Damn it, now i just wanna see the old gang again and check in on how they are doing. Well hopefully we get to see them in a future entry!

It's crazy how we went from defending our best friend in court to... Well all of this! This case has been insane! I mean we've had: The return of Kay's dad (RIP Bryne Fey) Larry's whole song and dance through this whole case Prosecutor Wright, pretending to be a defense attorney going against his brother: Manfred in court! (That day might be one of my favorite parts of Ace Attorney so far!) and the fact that Simeon Hawthorne IS STILL HAUNTING THE NARRATIVE!

Kay is still missing is worrying me to no end. All i can really do is hope for the best and try to defend Sister Verity...

God, it feels so weird seeing Wright in the detention center. Considering how he helped in the last case, it just feels cruel that he's now accused of murder. And the new prosecutor, Franziska Von Karma seems like a danger but hey, we got Ema on our side so we should be good to go!

Man, i've been rewatching Diamond is Unbreakable with a friend recently and it makes me realize not only how good part 4 is but how it still is my favorite part of Jojo. I'm actually already working on another DIU manga coloring!

Alright so fun fact about my choices for Josuke's color scheme, The red in it has two insperations. One being how on three separate occasions in the anime, the color shift makes Josuke's hair a more pinkish red. Second is that in some of the promotional art for DIU, Josuke had a much more purple uniform with a pinkish/red undershirt. You can actually still see this color scheme on the album cover for "Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town". As for the black uniform? Penguins. I thought of penguins, tried it out and instantly loved it.

Anyways i am hoping to finish up the next piece sometime within the week!

I am very proud of how these final Part 6 pages turned out. Of course this isn't the last I'll probably do of part 6, There's a TON of stands i wanna give some new colors for alongside doing all of Team Jolyne/The Prison Gang in one image together! (just gotta find a good panel of that first)

Somehow i keep coming back to Part 6 so i'll probably go ahead and do the remaining main characters of the part as well! Meaning that next up is Jotaro and Emporio which i already have a few ideas.

Knowing me and how much i very much enjoy the process, i will almost definitely do all the main characters of Jojo in the near future. Hell, i might do my own color schemes for every single character! Only time will tell i suppose.

Back to Manga coloring and this time i decided to do more Stone Ocean! Originally i wanted to do Anasui and Weather during some of the scenes from the "HEAVY WEATHER" Arc but a lot of the panels i found were rather complex for a returning piece so i picked something simpler and I'm rather happy with the result!

It's been a while since i made art for my One Piece Reverse AU (or swap au, not really sure what to call it at this point lol). So i decided this time to not only draw the full main cast... minus two of them, but also explain what this AU is and how it would work! So the One Piece Reverse AU is an AU that not only swaps the characters of the original story with someone who is the opposite of them (Good is Evil, Evil is Good) but also shakes up the story by altering the different arcs to suit the new cast better. Even in some cases changing the island it is set on completely. Also an important note to make is that Devil Fruit User's keep their power IF they swap with another Devil Fruit User. So Bellamy (who swaps with Luffy) keeps the Spring Spring Fruit and vice versa.

But if a Devil Fruit User swaps with someone who DOESN'T have a Devil Fruit then previous user would have something that would be associated with the fruits power, like a weapon or a piece of clothing. Whilst the previous Non-Fruit User gains a Devil Fruit Power based on their character in the original story. An example being Nami having the Mirage Mirage Fruit, given that it was one of the abilities of her first Clima Tact. i really hope that makes sense, i suck at explaining things properly Now who are the main cast of characters? Well the swaps for the Strawhats (which is the Flatcaps in this AU, given Bellamy's headwear) are the following: Luffy - Bellamy Zoro - Kaku Nami - Zala aka "Miss Double Fingers" Usopp - Jango Sanji - Boa Hancock Vivi - Crocodile Tony Tony Chopper - Perona Robin - Black Maria Franky - Senor Pink Brook - Big Mom and finally, Jinbei - Arlong! I've been slowly working my way through the entire One Piece cast and been writing down ideas as for who the characters would be, their own goals and dreams and generally ideas that has popped into my mind. I'll share more soon enough but i feel like I've written more than enough for one post.
