So... weight watchers. People often say āyou can eat anything you want, itās just about portion control.ā Thatās true, but Iām so paranoid about point that I end up with a ton of spare points at the end of the week (each day your spare points roll over and reset Monda). It feels a lot like calorie counting. The biggest difference is yesterday I made cookies with my LO and I ate several of them but since I had so many extra points, it didnāt really count against me. I still have so many points left for the week, I could eat a carton of ice cream š. I have already lost as much weight Iād lost in all the other months of dieting (4lbs). You could say āoh thatās water weight,ā but I didnāt lose that in month 1 and Iād been eating just as poorly before. I still need to lose a little more to get where I was when I started being bad for the holidays š. In all honesty, I plan on trying to stick to this for most of my upcoming vacation with the exception of some holiday parties I will be attending. So far, if I was going to review this, would i do this long term? No, only because itās $20/m and I could do value counting for free.
