Papas and Their Favorite Flowers

(a set of small headcanons)

Nihil: Poppies. Not because lol psychoactive like you would think, but because of the wild California poppies he remembers seeing roadside outside LA, they remind him of that young wild period in his life when Ghost was just starting and anything was possible

Primo: Oleander. It's simple, beautiful, thrives in adversity as long as it's warm, and deadly to humans. Primo coded for sure

Secondo: Hibiscus! Bright and showy, a favorite for decorating lush cabanas and fancy drinks at tropical resorts, I could see him plucking one and sticking it behind his ear and securing it with his sunglasses, for whimsy

Terzo: the classic rose, for its place in poetry as much as for its looks and fragrance. We even see him with one in the He Is video after all! There's something about the symbolism of roses that he would find compelling

Cardi: the iris flower, or fleur-de-lis - this deceptively simple bloom is a symbol of royalty after all. I think he would enjoy something with an edge of grandiosity but with a bit more subtlety than the rose.

Perpetua: lavender - yes, it is purple to match him, but I think he would enjoy the soothing scent most of all. And I enjoy the contrast of his favorite being a plant used to heal while Primo's is one used to harm. I can see him after a show unwinding with a lavender bath bomb
