Context, though i don't want to reveal TOOO much. I had to edit this in because I realised it was a bit difficult to compute what is happening. In this AU, sonic has had a bad experience with collars, and has been left with a scar around his neck due to it. He covers said scar with a scarf. However, during a werehog transformation, the scarf turned into a collar to match the werehog appearance like the originals shoes and gloves do. He panics and tries to pull it off, with little success, and so Amy cuts it off for him, but when he transforms back, his scarf needs mending, and so Amy knits it back together
