Hot Take: One of the reasons the PJO fandom doesn't care about Lester and Megs dynamic as much as the HoO characters is because they can't find/twist it into romance. Therefore, they find little value in it. Also, they're the strongest found family trope in PJO.
Honestly say what you want abt ToA but Lester and Meg as characters and their relationship is insanely overlooked.

For school during our greek myth block, we were supposed to modernize a myth and as the loser i am, i decided to modernize cyrene and apollo
Instead of cyrene being a hunter she's a wrestler and it's like a college au

We were supposed to just write it on a doc but I decided to be extra and make a whole video styled like class of 09 of them so I have a ton of sprites and crap (if I post the video its all in french so I'll have to translate everything againn)

I honestly think that this was the best series out of pjo and hoo, purely because of the amount of character development that Meg and Apollo/Lester get. The fact that Apollo openly conpares Zeus to Nero, and that after 4000 years, he's finally realised how much of an abuse a$shole his farther is. And Meg calling Nero out? Like yes, get it my queen!
