hihii!!!!! this is my brother’s cat, callie. i think she’s a smoke but i’m not 100% sure because i’ve heard chocolate cats can have pretty dark brown agouti bands. for a bit of extra context callie’s dad is solid, and her mom is a silver tabby :)

Would Barley in this AU be like one of those people who went to trade school or straight into a manual labor job instead of the university but who's cool with the people at the university so can still like go to parties and such

my anthro Barley is actually a former county lines victim (roughly sort of supposed to equate to his time in Bloodclan) who got caught and put into a sort of rehabilitation programme for troubled youth, which essentially amounted to him doing a lot of unpaid agricultural work as a teen.

once he was old enough he bounced around a few jobs and eventually settled working on an farm near-ish to where Violet lived. he met Ravenpaw because part of the land was deemed an SSSI after a smooth snake (Coronella austriaca) was photographed there, and the local uni’s herpetological students were called in to confirm

I imagine he’s invited to parties cuz he’s a chill guy but rarely goes because he’s gotta be up at dawn
