Been a while since I posted, I guess you could say we’ve been hibernating. Had the best morning with my babies even though someone kept making faces when we were trying to take a pic of the three of us. 🥸 We use to spend a lot of time together but this year has been different. In some ways, we have grown closer but in some ways, apart. About last night.... Is it over?!? This morning I woke up to a 10 year old! I still can’t believe you’re 10 but we made it! The one thing I realized this year is that I have a mini me on my hands!!! 😂 I am not sure if I am happy or scared. I can say it’s been a real eye opener and I have learned a lot...about you and me! 6 seems so long ago but it was your first year at big school, Roedean had so much to offer and you did it all: swimming, violin, tennis and ballet. Two It was a big year as now you had to share daddy and mommy’s attention. You were still just a baby yourself but how easily you transitioned to big sister. You tortured him then and somehow you still manage to get on his nerves! 🤣 Honestly, you’re the best big sister ever with a huge heart. I know he doesn’t show it all the time but he loves you dearly and appreciates all you do for him! ie. Double digits! I can’t believe you are 10 today. There is so much I want to say and I’m going to take my time. At 8 days old, you were already smiling.
