Hello! I am Zozo, an artist that really needs some help rn. For months I have been looking for work and so far Im getting barely anything. Rn I have little to no money so in hopes of making some money to pay for my bills Im turning to art commissions. As long as Im comfortable with it I can draw it! I will have it open until I am able to find good work for me to keep me on my feet!

It genuinely means the world we love you all so much. Every kind message we receive is kept and read by us both over and over and over again when we draw for the next panels. It brings fly and i so much joy to know that people are making friends and creating art and writing stories making songs just having fun like the good ol' days

It makes us so happy. Thank you so much for sharing your joy with us 🥹

A common thing I’ve been seeing recently with the askblogs that I like (@/myth-of-the-machine mostly) is that people will take time to bug creators about the next part of it.

people need to start realising that people like Nort & Fly have lives too! They aren’t just the comic dudes who devote their entire being to Myth!! This counts for EVERY askblog/comic creator out there!

I get being impatient, but people have school. They have work, and most importantly THEY HAVE BURNOUT!! Put yourself in their shoes! If it was you, would you like a hundred people asking you “when’s the next part” almost every day? I don’t think so!!

art. Takes. TIME. And so does writing!! If you bug a creator about their art, you’re putting them under STRESS!

they are devoting their time to pump out something FOR YOU! FOR FREE!! As someone who used to run an askblog a while back, I LOVED MY FANS!! And I’m sure most other creators do too! We are producing for YOUR BEST INTEREST!!

so before you go into an Askbox and are an impatient dick, DONT BE. Think about what you post! These are people. NOT ROBOTS!!

tldr: people have lives outside of comics and askblogs. Stop (borderline) harassing creators !!

It has come to my attention that there have been some incidents of people from the Myth community using Inky Mystery (IM) specific artwork without the artists permission for either bashing the original Quest comic or for claiming said artists worked with the original Quest comic or the comics author, since the character designs -- unlike Myth -- are roughly unchanged from Quest.

IM, just like Myth, originates from Quest, but neither IM or Myth ARE Quest. IM and the IM team, myself included, are not affiliated or related to TheGreatRouge, nor do we condone what they've done.

The posts in question were showing contempt for artists for not participating in Myth, and were attempting to connect IM artwork to Quest in posts equating them while ignoring they came from a completely different AU. Anyone that's been in my corner of the Quest AU space knows I don't have any patience for behavior like this.

Bendy and Boris in the Inky Mystery is a fanfic based off of Quest and has grown and changed far beyond the original work. It's a fandom that's been here for 9 years and has had hundreds of works both written and drawn based off of it, including its own fan wiki.

Inky Mystery is not Quest, but there have been instances of people confusing the two, which has increased in frequency recently. I would appreciate if this could be addressed and corrected. We all want to enjoy our fandoms. While I understand people make mistakes, I hope going forward people show more kindness and realize that there are other AUs of Quest that aren't just Myth. There are a number of amazing AUs in the Quest space that deserve celebration, not just Myth or IM, and I encourage people to acknowledge and look for them.

Don't harass anyone

Guys, please don't get upset or harass anyone involved that is literally the last thing I want or need at the moment

I take full responsibility and accountability for my hastiness in rushing into making this plush and not checking the guidelines of making the plush, that is completely my fault.

It's not twitter, or Joey Drew studios or Makeship's fault, it's mine and mine alone, I understand and would like to extend my deepest apologies for everything that occurred. I should have known better and I am taking this and learning from it.

If anything, the people on twitter, while harsh, did save us from a worse fate than if the petition ran for any longer. In a way, they protected us as well.
