The King in Yellow

So my idea for this design comes from the fact that the cloak is not fabric, but is instead part of the King. So, in my mind, the cloak would be made up of the webbing of the tentacles and the hood actually is the king’s mouth, similar to an octopus’ beak. I took heavy inspiration from octopi for this.
