Kenickie were a British indie rock band founded in 1994 in Sunderland and disbanded in 1998. They released two albums and a bunch of singles, still absolutely adorable, poppy, indie, punky and enjoyable to these days.
Throwing Muses. Scans of …And I Feel like an Alarm Clock fanzine, created by Allen Salyer, issue 9, 1991. This issue included a lot of information of the band’s first demos, pictures, flyers and homemade press kits from their early years, supplied by Glenn Sheldon. This is part one.
Thanks to Sean McGillis, who tracked down Allen Salyer and sent us pictures of this amazing lot of material he gave him.

"The love of Eve shall heal the Earth and all the world shall feel it. Nature will be restored. Hope will spark in darkness. As innocence turns to experience, all will be in harmony once more."

Throwing Muses. Issue #3 of Allen Salyer’s fanzine about the band, …And I Feel like an Alarm Clock, which he ran from Royal Oak, MI. This issue came out in 1990.
These are ancient scans that someone shared at one of the old TM message boards, there’s nothing more of this fanzine in the archives. If you have better pics of this issue or any of the other ones and are willing to share, please send them to [email protected]
