Mini tutorial - Lake dream, 4x20 The Rapture

Does anyone else have as much trouble colouring the dream scene from 4x20 as I do? The scene is just so incredibly orange - there's really not an awful lot that can be done about it unless you play around with it BEFORE you put any real effort into it.

I was playing around today and I found a basic, one layer solution that gives you a far less orange result, and I figured I'd share in case anyone else found it useful.

It's as simple as a Colour Balance adjustment layer, with the following settings:

Shadows: -20, 0, 20

Midtones: -20, 0, 20

Highlights: -20, 0, 20

It helps you go from THIS:

No editing, just the colour balance layer.

There you go~ I'm sure it'll be useful on any other very orange scenes, too.
