#transformationtuesdays Transformation isn't always about physical appearance. The pic on the left was shot by @bkommerell in March 2013, and the one on the right he shot this past Friday. I've definitely changed in appearance, but I've also experienced a great deal of growth internally. I'm more confident, I'm more comfortable, I'm healthier both physically and mentally (though @stephgamonet might disagree with the mental part), and I'm far happier.
