tried a mango for the first time! could barely figure out how to open it up, let alone eat it 😓 and it kind of tastes like soap but the texture is surprisingly not evil so it’s being added to the “non-evil textured fruit” roster!

nghh… hate going back on the deficit after a week of vacation binging… hungry but gotta power through and try to push it aside
so far today I’ve treadmilled 5 miles and to eat I had 6 small chicken tenders, half a bag of sweet chili MET-Rx protein chips, a zero sugar protein max bar, a banana, a serving of pineapple, and a bread roll for 1,300 calories. pretty good for the total amount, I think? Thoughts?
