now that i think about it, i’m going to revamp sora and move his blog today. i’ve been away too long and my follower / following list is full of inactives and there’s just so much clutter on here...so i’ll post all the rest of the starters on his new blog instead!

“uhhhh ... student?” sora’s eyes slowly drift over to the side, unable -- and not really trying -- to hide his confused expression. “iiiiii’m not really sure what you’re talking about, sorry. i haven’t gone to school in ...” he stops. he thinks about it. he thinks about it some more, and then scratches his cheek. “well --- a while. let’s just leave it at that! i guess you could say i’m traveling? yeah, let’s go with that. i’m not really sure what you mean by any of this quirk stuff but heroes? count me in!”

“you really think i can’t do it, huh?” sora asks, oddly serious. his expression is grim, and he gives a slow nod. but a beat passes and his entire expression shifts. gone is the solemn look, and in comes the grin --- cocky and assured. “you’re on, then! 200 munny says i can finish this quad scoop triple fudge sundae split in two minutes or less! and not just finish! totally demolish!” sora grabs both spoons in his hands, holding them like victory torches in his fists. “and victory’s gonna taste reaaaal sweet!”

It wasn’t a bad smell though. It was something innocent and jovial. As Sora comes through with his punchline, all Nicole can do is laugh. She’s not that tall. Her blood brothers are actually a great deal taller than both of them.} “I dunno man, bu’ tha air is fresher up here, I’ll tell ya tha’ much.”

“yeah? guess there’s an upside to being a towering giant, after all.” sora grins, easy as can be, completely comfortable and relaxed and maybe even leaning a little more against nicole, almost like a lazy koala. hey, if she wasn’t complaining, then what was a little more, right? then he blinks, thinking over her comment a little bit more. “waaaaiiitttt a minute...” he straightens up a little, turning his head to squint at nicole and he pokes her cheek. “are you sayin’ i smell?” he asks, mock offended.

“ create ... huh? ” sora’s expression was a little somber at first, thinking of all the things -- all the worlds, the hearts -- that had been lost in the darkness. so much torn away, just like that. it was sad. seeing other people’s suffering --- it felt like their pain was his own. but it only made it that much more important that he do whatever he can do right what had been wronged. to bring a little light. after a moment’s pause, he gave a nod, expression brightening up with a smile. “ then ---- what’re we waitin’ for? let’s do it! ” it was simple as that.

“alright, challenge accepted! let’s see here...” sora hums and haws a little, hand to his chin and leaning still against nicole. “mmmm ... ah! okay! got one!” he exclaims, grinning, before audibly clearing his throat and trying (and failing) to hide his smile. “must be difficult, being so tall and all.” he pauses, only for a moment, not nearly long enough for her to respond before he barrels on with the punchline. “y’know, since you gotta duck every time a plane or spaceship flies by!”
