the best fanfiction you've ever read was written by a woman in her 40s before she made dinner for her kids. it was written by a teenager after school when they should've been studying for a history test. and a barista came up with the idea while they cleaned the espresso machine and busser fact-checked it on their break and the post-doc edited between writing grant proposals and the nurse apologized for typos in the notes after a long shift and behind every drabble and one-shot and multi-chapter fic there is a person with a wonderful and interesting and chaotic life and it is such a privilege that we get to be apart of it because they decided to do this thing we all share, for fun.

Hot take: I genuinely don't believe people can be bts haters while being fully educated on them.

If they are still haters they are plain racist. Because bts makes music in literally every genre and if you do listen to the music any western artist you will definitely be attracted to bts music as well. and then she starts dating pedro pascal.

Unskippable album fr.

This is coming from a bts fan who listens to all types of music. Last time I liked an album was billie eilishs hit me hard and soft I was only obsessed with 4 songs. But these are 14 songs. As a music fan, I need to make people understand that 14 obsessive songs for people who like all genres, do yall know how hard it is to pull off that variety? I know it employs a little more English than usual but as an international army I'm kind of feeling loved that they tried to make it english so we can love them the same way even if we don't know korean.

I didn't stream the album to add to the numbers for the first time. I streamed because I genuinely loved listening to every song, and I fucking looped it because I could listen to these 14 songs for the rest of my life because it has every genre I could possibly ever want to listen to, and that is why bts will forever remain the people's band and why they forever will be the goat.

To prolly the one person who reads this who didn't like arirang. I pity you. I pity you because you don't know how to appreciate music, you know only how to appreciate music how you feel familiar.

Summer in india

For the last 18 years, there is a scent that follows me right as the beginning of March hits. The smell of holidays, evenings at the local library, reading enid Blyton books to seem cool but really I hated it.

What I really loved and read under my thin linen blanket in the midst of summer stars was Alice by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor, it's coming of age teenage crushes was something I could never relate to.

My first time not having summer vacation due to a dreaded 2nd semester of university, that familiar scent aches in my inner child, to go back and read the books I read in 5th grade to find some semblance of control in life when really all im doing is trying project, what's the word, era dysmorphia to try and go back to the times I was so free. When I used to read alice, all I ever dreamt was growing up and now I desperately hope to be Veronica Langley from hope hospital because some childhood books never leave you

I'm still little frustrated I can't find the second book of hope hospital but Cindy, I always wished to be you. Big text and 60 pages filled with something I read every summer.

It's so funny how a few yearly routines shape so much of how one becomes. And when that scent hits, how funny it is to reach for that book only to find that its sitting in a dusty old part of your cupboard.

All it takes is a scent. Don't let the other senses of your body seem more functional when the heart knows what it wants by a mere scent of summers in india.

so there are three people in this story total. oh my god, oh my god you guysssssssssss, so lets say theres this one chick her name is anna, my bestie, the sweetest little munchkin right, and shes like a little violent when anger gets the best of her 🥀🥀

and we both have a mutual lets say chelsea and her boyfriend jack right. now jack and chelsea have really reallyyy strict parents who says that obviously love is a no no thing. and chelsea always used anna's name as an excuse to go hang with jack. now, around a week ago,

SHIT BLEW UP.reallll bad. chelsea's parents got to know, but not like everything (like the fact that she wasnt virgin anymore and she'd done the deed with jack)

it wasnt just a relationship, they had gone the mile and chelsea isnt innocent by any means. but when her parents started screwing her, she basically TOLD THEM ANNA FORCED HER TO GET INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH JACK AND SHITTTTTTTT LIKE YALL I WISH I WERE JOKING BUT THATS LIKE DIABOLICALL AHHHH

AND chelseas parents basically called anna, and was like "how could you force my child into a relationship shes basically an angel" ahh type shi.

so anna was like pissed obvi and she was like "ask anna about her so called bestfriends ben and julian or wtv wtv like she clocked her dad by saying you think you've known your daughter for 18 years but like i ve known her for 3 months and i know everythinggggg

she told her parents that anna blackmailed into being in a relationship with jack or SOME SHIT LIKE THAT AND BASICALLY JACK ALSO FORCED HER INTO THE RELATIONSHIP

and both jack and chelseas parents MET TO TALK ABOUT THEIR CHILDRENS RELATIONSHIPS

and basically told that jack isnt allowed to contact chelsea anymore

jack is really close with anna and shi and he's like asking anna all the insider deets to know if chelseas told her parents theyve had sex bc if they ever got to know he'd be like buried 10 ft under
