This whole blog is about health and well being but for being Human and Alive is  what counts and staying healthy can make you enjoy your life a bit easier and to make people believe they are not alone these are series of stories of a human growing and developing into the person she wants to be with the help and encouragement from friends and the one she calls her roommate and that can be anyone if your open to making new friends if you meet me you will know why.

LIFE HAS A FUNNY WAY OF WORKING THINGS OUT

It's been a while since I have posted anything but what has happened is I have met one support worker her name is Imogen and we really are the kind of sisters I have ever wanted in her she likes giving me massages when I need them and to touch me in a way my friends don't Gem tells me that well in the message she sent me cuz we were talking that your a human and my need for connection and the dancer inside of me wants to come out to people and the attention I give to people may not be the kind they want all the time that has happened before like when I have been presenting with Janny O'Connell and I was doing that to a student playing with her hair and it was for a while.

I forgot I was like that and Janny called me on it and it reminded me of how intimate I really am with people I just got to find the right people to do that with like Imogen or ZZ (Zoe's my singing teacher/sister) I was hanging out with mum yesterday and went to Lords and got chatting with the waiter there at the cafe there where we had morning tea, she was finding more work and she might be my 2nd potential support worker and mum also met someone else at Eric Street cafe and her name is Belise and she also might be another likely support worker I found out from Annette that she is leaving again to Melbourne for a full-time job for a month but that's not for a while so her until then which is something jam-packed with fun that we want to have.

Today I had work this morning I witnessed something that looked like a fight with my boss Sheldon and I was a bit shaken emotionally I was crying very heavily and hid in a corner and hid then someone tried to look after me but then one of my work family members took me away and held me for a long time which I needed then went to work quietly it took me a while for me to get back to my old self again which I did and worked away until 10:50 then waited until 11am dad picked me up and drove home together flopped on Yolanda's bed got talking then had homemade morning tea when Yolanda left I got busy I had morning tea, worked on Imogen and my website, sent t to her so when she is home she can have a look at it.

I then started to watch Youtube on my phone after working out on my Nintendo Wii after going to the toilet to pee now working on blogs so I can be busy until lunch/ Stranger Things which is soon and picking out an outfit for both my high school 10-year reunion and um's party really looking forward to that It was really fun to see everyone it crowded up the way it meant to had a pineapple juice and a good chat to Merlin and Keira and Keira and I want to hangout soon so that will be fun.

Called dad and he picked me up and I went home for dinner, Disney, skincare and bed to wake up to Sunday.

2022 is wrapping up HELLO 2023

I woke up this morning and I knew today was going to be a good day but first let's talk about how I am working on my new self but struggling with wanting and not wanting to apply it to my life because I know the steps to take them to do that which is going to my dietician and using a new app on my phone called Ate so when it's breakfast, morning tea, lunch, snack time, dinner and desert I have to log it in on the app because I ATE IT. Now it's almost Christmas mum and I bought picked up a Nintendo Wii so I can have something to do during the day and now it's a routine I have applied to my life already.

Only the food, dietician food changes I am struggling through I'm immobile about changing the routine I have been immobile about I watch Netflix and eat anything while watching I have had sushi, chips and juice I made myself with my lunch I have the rest of that with my food Eryn my dietician says that's a good food group to have during the late afternoon (6:30-7p is Wii fit time every other day but I do factor watching Wednesday in there too) especially Thursdays after work we call that "movie noon tea" but recently now it's almost Christmas and going away to Melbourne for it to only have one snack through that time and I like that time to be 7:40-8 so then at 8:20 is making dinner time and eat until or finish dinner before 9pm.

10:29/30 is icy-pole time before chesty mix time before bed at 11pm then sleep until the next day that's my routine now so far it's not a bad routine but could be tweaked and only have the one snack time y preferred one is 7:40-8 so earlier I can think of other things to do in that earlier time so by preferred I have gherkins, cheese hummus and bread then dinner at 8:20 and then night routine from there so after singing lesson it was Tracy's turn then after finally a back blogging on my Tumblr from then ZZ and I went to Fremantle to be badly good at bowling at Strike Fremantle (I would love to bring anyone to come and have fun there with me) and by the end of the game I got a strike and I won I only win this game and in races like school carnival races and rallies I always come last.

Picked up some ice cream on the way to the car and listened to Selena Gomez while eating came home and I did well in that front because that was the only thing I had and had dinner, tiny teddies and icy pole before bed I had a really good day today can't wait for other busy days coming up.

Thursday is a good day

I woke up and out of bed and got ready for the day after hearing mum and dads voices then got ready with my morning routine and had breakfast and am now about to get ready for Zumba for the morning which was fun then came downstairs for the morning tea and I had 1 homemade savoury muffin then home to period eating starts today hate it but live, eat, drink water and go to the toilet as much as I can then once it's over I'll be back fighting fit and eating and living a regular healthy life being active and everything else most of us are active but me I'm either.

So after Zumba dad and tammy drove me home for ME TIME which I needed it's about to end though I have work soon at Salon Express my period is saying NO WORK it would be a good thing for me if I did so I will and I will get period food out of it so that's something so I did go to work and bought my food now I'm home ate some of it and talking to friends via text while watching Stranger Things now blogging until wine o'clock so that's now and talking to Jamie via text and venting to him how I have been alone most of the time being at home you got to have some fun while on your period you know what I mean girls.

The time now is 6:47 and I better get warm because I just got out of my couch bed that's very comfy that I don't like getting out of like my bed I go to bed in and do not want to get out of but will have to for breakfast out with Jamie for breakfast and car party can't wait for that just sent my book off to mum but I still can't edit I really want to though so then from then watched my ring movies until I got myself ready for work and dad and Tammy picked me up and went into work and it was good then when it was time to finish I did gave George a hug because he's leaving to go back to school to finish school.

Amelia is going to start a new job the week after next week and emotionally I am going to be another change for me to handle and cope with because George and Amelia are like my sister and brother to me I finally have his number and I texted him and now we're talking via text and I love it we might even hang out soon don't know when yet but we will make plans so after watching the things I blogged while watching neighbours in the background and now finishing on a good note the time now is 10:43 and almost getting ready for bed and that's now so blogging off for another day and will see you tomorrow.

Tuesday is just a regular day have to get used to it

I woke up, I YouTubed on my phone for a while getting out of bed morning routine, breakfast in belly and then off to fitness/bootcamp had fun working out then off to get hot chocolate for morning tea and time to myself for a bit and then to the toilet period is coming and the cravings start before, during and after HATE HATE HATE so then came home after morning tea and home waiting for busy to happen first mum is walking by to pick up her credit card from me I forgot I still had it then 12:30 or 1pm even Yolanda is coming by to move in som stuff she is moving in to be my housemate on Sunday looking forward to finally having someone living with me after me living on my all that time waiting and I also have Deni coming to spent time with me until 5pm.

Just watched the music video for Bejewelled by Taylor Swift for her new album that was released Midnight Friday morning and now we all have it and love listening to it so she came and we had fun we tried to get Microsoft working but apparently it is having problems so there's a word processor called Pages for Mac it runs on the MacOS, Ipad and other OS operating systems that was a google description I will keep it there until we get this Microsoft working so I can keep changing my meal plan and my book that I put my heart and soul into, had fun with Deni tried to get my account I got an account and a new password that worked just didn't know about Microsoft issues

We drove to Karrynup listening to the album on Spotify on her phone in her car on the way to the shopping outlet mall hung out and had fun together and did our shopping errands she had to get inserts for her planner for the next year 2023, I bought Taylor's album Midnights and I also wanted to find my protein powder in bulk I did see it on google and couldn't find it but finally found it a the Supplement Store I love a successful retail therapy session because when your period starts or in the beginning few days I need some either looking after or TLC from anyone I hang out with because you never know what I talk about to anyone emotional or not.

At 5:20 I made some future plans for the next day and sent a message to Phoebe so I could get things working again on my Mac and then I did get to sleep listening to a guided sleep nap meditation then had early wine o'clock and then got dressed and off to dance and had fun like I always do then car partied home listening to the cd on the way home had a talk shared photos of things we did in the week then walked into my unit ad ate dinner and just drank my miso soup might have some fruit before bed let's see miso soup is filling can't wait for the next day and what's in store and going to the gym to start the day.

Every day is different for everyone

This morning woke up, on my phone after waking up for a while then manta slept in until 8:18 and then got ready for the day with my morning routine now Annette is coming at 9:30 so that's soon so she came and we walked to the train and caught it to Water Town a shopping outlet to walk around and find clothes to look at she bought a top so she can wear that daily with another top underneath because it see-through then I bought myself a hot chocolate from Coffee Club then caught the train back to Claremont then to JB HIFI to see if the new Taylor Swift cd Midnights came out yet but it does take a while for new releases to come out to music stores.

Walked back home to wash my hands and have a bit of downtime on my bed then watched a bit of the middle of the Netflix movie Feel The Beat before she had to leave when she did I called mum but she called me because she was on the phone before to organise our hangout for the day then after I will shop for my groceries I need for the week but to also make sure it's not too heavy I will do it in 2 trips today and tomorrow and make sure I have health-ish snacks for when I watch my things during the week. It's ice cream week so I will have some today and during the week that's my chocolate something for the week and my period is about to come better be prepared for that too.

Done my food admin so all I have to do now is wait for mums text to say she's "on way" and we will have fun from there which we did and first we had lunch and it wasn't much at all we had vegan smashed avo on bread and cut up baby tomato and a juice then went out to find a small protein treat to try and went to the market to get something but I wanted to have something at home which I did I had a square of my tofu then went shopping for myself for the week when I went home after going to the toilet.

I unloaded and watched my things while eating my Netflix food then I had a manta sleep until 6:40 almost now having my usual before-dinner snacks while watching Neighbours then dinner either after calling my parents or waiting for them to call me which I like doing I can't wait to fix and activate my Word Microsoft account or to buy it so I can keep going with that work I put a lot of work and time into it the time now is 8:24 and about to have dinner soon the day nearing its end so had dinner after talking/crying to mum and now about to have my bit of juice before be while watching Disney Plus.

Margaret River 3-day holiday Day 2

So the day started like this woke up at 6:47 took my medication waited for 30 minutes and killed that time by going to the toilet and talking to one of the couples that live here before she had her work day at home then after second guessing myself I showered got dressed and went on a morning walk around the area and it was a good short one and scenic which was good for all of us not just me then after walked back for breakfast I had 1 and a half pieces of sourdough toast with peanut butter and juice not shaken which I normally like.

Mum and I drove off to go meet Kate a friend of Mum and went on another walk the shortest one after the 3k one this morning I was tired after that then we decided to drive into town for some morning tea which turned out to be lunch and I had a bagel of some sort which I loved and I shared my chocolate milkshake with mum to even the calories out from there we looked around a gallery of paintings and furniture then to drive to other friends farmhouse I had a good look around I liked the bath they had there and their rooftop bedroom

I could definitely see myself staying there if we got invited to stay and wake you to a very scenic morning and the girls just kept talking which I liked listening to but because I was tired I got a bit bored then later on after they finished coffee's and tea walked outside and saw the animals they had there I wanted to get warm so I got in the car then said goodbye to them and dropped Kate off at home first then back to now back in our holiday spot and blogging away to keep the day going so that's what I am doing now also thinking instead of being on my phone in bed I will still do that

Then I will listen to a guided sleep/nap meditation and listen to that before heading out for dinner Kate said it is going to be a bit of a reunion for them because they haven't seen any of them since school and that was a long time for them so when I went I got talking to everyone I got talking to Nicky an we came up with a medium of how long they haven't been together since highschool 43 years now that is a long time so we all had our own dinner and enjoyed it what I did was nibbles first chips and apple juice then for dinner I had okonomiyaki which is a Japanese savoury pancake which I loved because it was all seafood and I loved every morcel of it.

I had most of it mingled with mums friends which was fun then back to finish my dinner then mingled again which you know I love doing then until 8pm we thought well the adults felt like they were all fading so we all went home to our holiday home and we all had hot chocolates around the table I also had a milky way which was yummy now waisting time by blogging and listening to mum playing Solitaire and the time now is 9:42 and mum wants me gone to my room by 10pm which is soon now the time is 9:46 almost time to go to my room and write my book can't wait.

TIME TO LEAVE MUM SHE WANTS TO SLEEP SO BETTER BLOG OFF TO BED.

Margret River 3-day holiday Day 1

I woke up in my own bed and I love that feeling then I had my breakfast right in time before fitness/boot camp had my protein shake and toast and peanut butter then I got ready for the day I got prepared for the day and woke u a bit earlier than usual to get my morning routine underway which I did and it's not every Tuesday I don't get to do that so I really enjoyed that then mum picked me up went and had fun working out with our friends then went home to interview an older woman about living as my housemate but mum knew that I like someone my age range would want to be living with me.

From then I had a bit of me time watching Neighbours and eating the last-minute foods I had a Chicco roll for one, grapes and sausage rolls and packing for a holiday with mum then at 12:30 let's say she picked me up and off we went to Margaret River it took 3 hours and got here at about 4:30 and talked and talked and met Pam and the dog then and now we are all inside staying for the night mum is talking and I'm blogging which is my something to keep busy with and I like doing that's my therapy anyway and I might have a different routine for this holiday bit the same I guess.

had a roast chicken, not spicy, roast vegetables sweet potatoes and normal potatoes and broccoli and cauliflower for dinner it was soo good then for dessert had strawberries there was a bit of honey but I didn't have it because I never really had it even with anything else so yeah it was all yummy what I have typed here is my next few morning routines until Thursday that's when we leave back home which is

to have a glass of water digest my tablets in the morning sitting outside on the balcony after 30 minutes on phone waiting then hopefully get sunrise photos outside now I know what time sunrise is at 6am light comes first then by 6:30 sun comes up so I will be ready for sunrise photos then can't wait the time now is 8:43 killing time talking while I blog, on my phone back to listening to mum talking to her friends while I blog which I think is fun new night routine because I normally watch back at home is Neighbours, Dance Academy and Disney Plus

During the day either after a support worker in the morning or after 4 pm, I watch a new tv show everyone raves about it and it's called Stranger Things and now I know why everyone does rave about it because now I rave about it too I LOVE IT so if I have the whole day free or if I have support workers lets say but I do have this I have Phoebe in the morning 9:30-11:00 and then keep busy or eat might not let's see I will watch Neighbours from 11:00-12 noon then Deni my new support worker is coming from 1:00-4:00 so before then might eat a bit have to be honest here and after.

I do my skin routines when I am back in Perth when I do get home but before then will be blogging through the morning waiting for people I know will wake up so in the morning I will be wondering around the verandah or patio outside taking photos and I will bring my thongs out so I can walk the grass to take many photos of anything can't wait for that either I'm just thinking about what else to type about because I'm at the end of today now don't know when to go to bed but I will when I will brush teeth and got to bed then normally 10:00, 10:30 or 11:00 preferrably

FINALLY GOING HOME

I woke up and got out at my normal time when I am in my unit at 9am made my breakfast and had family snuggles I love them and plan what the day is going to be like today like I normally do when I'm in my unit I have been practising for when I do get back Hamish came in to see us and to come to the beach with us can't wait for that time to get ready for the day and the beach I hope Hamish is going to be hanging around for some of today we might be having lunch together or not don't know yet just got home now it was so much fun being out in the sun.

So from then all I did was work on my tour vlog and shop with mum and after that dad and I went to mine to drop off heavy things to mine so I can move back home to old habits but make new ones and keep the old ones so I can relax into my own life and coming up with new rules to follow so when I am home and I feel like I am going off the tracks to look at them and say pull it together Loz you can do this you have way bigger and positive things coming the way that you need in life

Friends, support workers and housemates are on standby mums are on the hunt also to find another support worker a friend of Pheobe's her name is Deni looking forward to seeing her and spending time with her when she's free but I have support workers coming to keep me busy and to keep them busy too having fun together like we used to and going to do when I do move back home that also reminds me tomorrow I need to redirect them to mine and not going to parents but to mine

Especially Alice who takes me to dance on Tuesday nights which I am excited about, the skincare routines I deliberately haven't been doing yesterday and tonight so I can when I get home because then I will keep myself busy by watching movies and eating selectively healthy/unhealthy so only Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and weekends for this week like old times because there are a few holidays coming up mum wants me to go away with me for her to see her friends.

I know it sounds fun but they are her friends and it would be nice for them to see me also I do want to test the waters a bit for when I am home and see what can keep me busy within the week/weekend right now the time is 6:21 and mum is watching her show so I thought let's have wine o'clock and another night in with music, packing bits and pieces, Neighbours, Dance Academy and Bones so I can have a good sleep tonight because tomorrow I have a big day/night shopping so I can keep partying CAN'T WAIT

So you know when I said i was going to watch Neighbours, Dance Academy and Bones that's what I'm doing now until bed the time now is 10:16 going to bed at 10:40 and it's 10:30 now so better blog off see if i have anything else to blog about how about this?? i lie my life and see what happens an if there's a lot to talk about then I will come back.

You Know We Belong Together Tour Day 2

Today is a good day to wake up, as usual, did the normal things I do to wake up and had my thyroxine and reflux tablets waited on my phone for 30 minutes and then I thought if I shower I would wash my hair first thing so I can take time to other things to dry my hair naturally so now blogging and keeping busy for the morning hangout my towels outside my balcony took my every morning vitamin and ate my fries so I won't feel like I will spew it up and then more of my morning routine getting ready for the big day I have good sightseeing of the Opera House and maybe even the Harbour Bridge today all day until 7pm

So we got here and got the tour of The Opera House and the introduction as we sat in the audience chairs and watch the crew get the stage set up then walked through the house and saw the dressing rooms and settled some things there and forgetting I needed them later did a rehearsal of the show after lunch break had sushi and apple juice in the green room and without a photo let's say I was told I couldn't take photos of the green room or the lobby but I do want to show my Perth friends how big the green room is there is a view we get but don't have the view of the bridge, not the Opera House because we are already living in here

With a cafe, to buy snacks, lunch or dinner but we have our own dinner plans and remember to have a good sleep for another big day tomorrow because it's a performance tomorrow Today is until 7pm dinner arrangements and watch Tv and keep blogging or call parents to tell them what my day has been like, blog maybe then be on my phone until I sleep that's basically what I hope to happen maybe a walk around Sydney either on the way back or tomorrow morning another thing I am looking forward to is night routine which gets me in a sleeping mood

The time now is 4:52 might have some shut-eye time after going to the toilet but I will find at the dressing room I am sharing with the girls most of my friends and family are commenting on photos of London and saying I should have my own dressing room even though personally that would be awesome having my own time it will also be lonely I do like company so having my own time with the company is my thing it's also a good idea for me to tell them I need time to myself and they wouldn't mind that.

It's a big thing to be away from family let alone parents while on tour even though it is 4 hrs away from Perth they are planning to come over also because dad has her sisters coming maybe brothers uncles and aunties coming on Thursday so that might be a family day for me so I'm excited about that so I will have to arrange that with dad when I get to talk to parents tonight before watching Tv and bed I better remind myself to do that so we had our long break which we needed and we are now watching the stage finish setting up and going into our dressing rooms to get our stuff and have a go on the stage for 20 minutes and then to our hotel to wind down for the night before bed

We all can't wait for that and girl time with Talitha Clare Watson called Katie to give us a wave because we can see them all talking about how the stage is set up and other comments can't wait to get on that stage even if it is for 20 minutes.so we did and that was fun and had a dance party like we usually do before we get into performance mode and busy thinking about ourselves and focussing on my no coughing onstage for a performance and get them all out before it throughout the day until performance ends that's when I can and behind stage or when my microphone is off

Then got everything ready to pack and walked back to our accommodation and wind down for the night Talitha made us some dinner and had some of her chocolate then the sugar rush went all around me until now had my vitamin for the night with my milk and was ready for bed and wasn't much on tv so I turned it off finish off my blog on today and now I'm ready to tick tock and youtube away until I sleep I turned off my alarm because I need to sleep until my bladder wakes me up normally that's my alarm.

You Know We Belong Together Tour Day 1-Sydney

This morning I woke up at 6am but slept in with my manta mask until 6:44 and too excited I wanted to get the day started with the way I know how I poured myself a glass of water to start my morning off so I can feel good about the day Today is going to be a really good day I just know it and I really hope it stays sunny and blue out there today because we have places to go, places to see and people to watch so far that's my plan for the day anyway I had a few fries from last night only because last time I had my tablets I spewed after digesting them after coughing

So now I can have my tablets digest them then have something to eat which I did this morning tidied my room and unpacked my suitcase a bit more before my morning routine which I did at 9am Talitha is finally awake and now having breakfast still kind of hungry because I only had 1 piece of toast and peanut butter normally I like to have juice with it normally after breakfast I like to feel full until lunch normally let's see what I am allowed now after eating that so then I had a a breakfast blueberry protein smoothie which was yummy.

We then met u with the others and talked for a long time but really we were there for filling out paperwork instead we talked for hours which was also fun because we met up with more people the next morning which was fun chatting with them for the morning then we had in mind to go where Dance Academy tv show was set in Walsh Bay instead we walked the shops of Sydney tried to find some going out shorts found the right size and fit but not exactly they couldn't zip that is the main thing shorts should normally do but I also like ones that don't where you can just pull them up and that's it like pants

From then on walked to find somewhere to have lunch and went to Yasaka Ramen I had noodles and tofu which I loved and dumplings and Talitha had noodle soup which she liked as well then caught the tram free ride back to where our hotel was and I had a rest while Talitha went to the shops to get dinner ingredients and I, on the other hand, I washed dishes while listening to music and had a lie down with my phone in hand which was fun taking advantage of the wi fi

I didn't know the time and didn't plan out my rest in the hotel as planned but got ready and some of us went to a show called FANGIRLS us girls loved it Patrick did too wasn't Josh's cup of tea though but it was right up my alley I was dancing along while watching you know how I went to Fame with Olivia and Pricilla The Queen of the Desert it was a mix between them I loved it and just like our show it had standing ovations so I thought let's pay other artists the same respect as I get from my audiences then from there

We all had our own plans for dinner and I had the idea of cooking an omelette and salmon pieces on the side like I sometimes have for breakfast on Sunday mornings at my unit and had grapes as dessert because I slept on the couch watching Tv so then I thought let's do my night routine watch the end of Fantastic Beasts & The Crimes of Grindelwald then go to bed after taking my tablet and milk and going to bed which is now looking forward to a long sleep and look at that it was a long blog can't wait for tomorrows.

You Know We Belong Together Tour -Sydney Day 1

Today was a good day to wake up to have breakfast and get the day started mum and dad took me to the airport and we met up with everyone we could at the airport and then made our way to the gate Talitha bought me a juice to go with my lunch and I loved it like I usually do what I didn't like was the plane didn't come with food so mum made me a chicken and avocado sandwich and Emma & Tom's juice after watching a movie on our phones my phone's battery started dying on me so when we got to the hotel we charged our phones, connected to the wifi my phone didn't work with the wifi needs more work to work it and found ourselves some dinner

But while waiting for our table we went to Coles to get some breakfast foods and met up with Lucy, Tim and Katie Talitha got us some goodies for later back at the hotel then walked back to our dinner place and met up with Patrick and her mum then to our table for dinner I had a kebab and fries, Talitha had a tasting plate with felafels, vegetables, hummus and pita bread and she had a beer and I had an orange juice to go with my dinner then came back to our hotel to have a night in with chock chip biscuits while she had a tea for dessert so far that's a good Day 1 let's see if Day 2 is a longer blog I know it will be so

I went to bed because I couldn't sleep and was too excited to get the day started I think that's going to be how I will feel every day putting on performances let alone the one and only Opera House who wouldn't be excited about that. so Better get off this blog and start another one.

You Know We Belong Together Tour Workdays 3 & 4

Every workday is the same woke up this morning and had my morning bath that's part of my morning routine bath and started my skin routine before the bath the relaxing was fun until my timer for my 30 minutes not eating before my tablets digested went off it was about time to finish skin routine while watching Neighbours of what I could manage before Ivy and I did our COVID testing all came back as usual negative which is what we want on tour then went down for breakfast which was fun getting all together having breakfast together then back to our rooms to get some down time before all the fun of work we are getting heard up for the work day until 8:45 again

So Ivy, Clare and I all went out for lunch to Wagamama and had Pad Thai my friend's lunches looked good mine was good too then from then we were just on the phones I showed them my photos on Facebook all my childhood and growing up photos with my family our first lunch together can't wait for more on the tour between after meeting my parents and borrowing mum's toothbrush charger to charge mine I will pick it up before meeting the crew before going off to the Southbank Centre for getting ready for working it slaying it however way you want to say it on the stage so again a really good show and little did we know that was going to be our last show in London I will explain on a new blog today which is Sunday.

Sunday was our last day in London, and we packed up everything. We took the taxies to the train station waiting with the group and when mum came to say Hi I went up to hang out with them until we all had to go on the train had a bite to eat and something to drink we all caught the train out to Edinburgh at Kings Cros Station where Harry Potter caught Hogwarts Express was set. A shop named after the station was packed full of hungry customers for all of the merch.

So we all had a good train ride and took lots of great photos on the train and videos of the surroundings and had a lot of things we did talk, sleep, listen to music and read when Ivy helped to get my book down I finally had a read too I'm onto Lady gaga's biography now I am really liking that one so when we finally got here we settled into to our last home before heading back off to Perth something out of the unexpected happened COVID found me and let's just say I am a fighter and I know how to fight it I got my antivirals and had my first dose last night and this morning and the day today is Wednesday I have until Sunday so I can get out then can't wait.

I was wondering if I could when I'm allowed out that I can go to the theatre and have a selfie there before we leave so I can say I went to the theatre but didn't get to perform but I did make the big screen at the theatre so that's something at least time now is 6:44 and just keeping busy updating my blog nothing better to do until Sunday that is a good thing I know how to keep myself busy looks like I'm up to date blogs are coming your way I'm not done yet only for this one I am

Black Swan Theatre- YKWBT Tour London Day Work days 1 & 2

I woke up at 12:15 Perth time and youtube on my phone for a while until I got out of bed then I had a mug of water while watching Britain News then had my shower washed my hair for Monday morning you know the gist of it brushed teeth and everything then out of the shower and morning routine is always my favourite thing to do before I have to be around people with all many disabilities it's not really my thing and not everyone knows that about me only Ivy or Clare I would want them to know that about me.

8am today which is Tuesday time for breakfast let's see if anyone is awake and ready to eat I know I am so at 6:24 she messaged to say she was awake and we chatted for a while until we had to go down for breakfast which we did and met everyone down there had a buffet breakfast forgot to take a photo of that but I will tomorrow first thing I think of before eating we decided we are going on a boat to sightsee and to walk around the surroundings taking photos everywhere we go CAN'T WAIT Better get ready before 9:30 that's when the fun starts so we all met up with mum and dad also and we all walked down to the hop on hop off bus

We all packed in on the bus and took a lot of photos and selfies of all of London it rained most of the day so I chose the right decision to go downstairs wanting to get out of the rain it was all fun though then after we toured all of London we hopped off and walked back to the hotel and back to our rooms for a rest then Ivy and I walked the isles of the hotel wondering what facilities we have here all we found were dead ends and stairs but we did have a good chat that's something at least then back to our rooms

I then had some shut-eye time with a guided nap meditation which was nice and relaxing but didn't sleep though then by 6pm we met up and had our briefing about our work days tomorrow forward but to me, that's fun taking photos behind the scenes and some of the stage maybe before 6:30 mum and dad came to see me and hug me which was nice then Abby Sinclair she is the closest thing I have to a sister but let's say this in a way that people won't get offended she basically is family so it was really good to see her again from then mum and dad said bye and Abby and I had some girl time and boy did we need it.

The first thing we did was walk the way back to the hotel but took selfies, talking about anything and nothing she had plans for us which was going to (5) Five Guys and got milkshakes I had the oreo flavored one and she had strawberry I took mine home to our hotel tidied my room beforehand to music then while watching Wizards of Waverly Place I had my milkshake then went to bed at 11:44 waiting for the first day of meeting Southbank Centre in London got the tour so we know where the areas of the center like the kitchen, Greenroom, dressing rooms and soon at 5pm the stage can't wait for that I hope we can take photos of that

That's where we lead off now not quite yet because the day isn't over yet we only have more fun to have while working I have done a run-through of my solo in the play with Ian Wilkinson we call him by another nickname I am trying to find s nickname that no one calls him so I can call him that now I am in my own dressing room keeping busy I moved and now where mine is I am next door from it now it's the girl's dressing room keeping mildly keeping busy. Rehearsal is outside the dressing rooms and before we go to our hotel home.

We might have a run-through on the stage I don't know yet let's see what paves the way. I got the schedule for the next days of this week to write in my stickies on my mac let's just say I like to plan out my days so I can enjoy the moment on that day I typed that out while in the dressing room then we had the feel of being onstage obviously I took one photo and one selfie onstage when the time came we met the support team outside the stage door and walked back to our hotel together forgot what I and Ivy went out for sushi then ate with Clare at the hotel which was nice.

Then back to our rooms on our own time, I didn't get time to blog but I wanted to make a start though but I remembered I had a draft to edit so doing that today which is Friday what I did was night routine which was what I needed because from that day I couldn't find my water bottle and eye mask their both lost I need to find it before travelling to Edinburgh but here I am talking about only the workdays which are always fun because Wednesday was a big day until 8:49 so all I need to do on those long days is night routine and BED

Black Swan State Theatre- You Know We Belong Together Tour Day 1

I woke up out of bed in the morning to get ready for the day's morning routine and everything Lisa came over to give us some presents for our trip away then all day all I did was watch neighbours here and there and had pumpkin soup for dinner Hamish came over for hugs and to say goodbye and to drop us off to Perth International airport to fly out to Doha which we now just done now everyone is having their snacks to get them through the day me I have nothing and we had to drink and throw away our water so I have nothing to vend for myself

Now we are all keeping busy and everyone is just talking and either just talking about what they want to talk about and not letting me in on their conversations or I can just listen which I am trying to do got a lot of people to listen to so I guess that's something and to keep quiet with my cough by not talking so that's something for me to do for me I guess so did all that travelling until we finally got to London and we were all out to it went our for dinner at Prezzo I had a beef burger and Katie and Ian helped me out and shared my fries then us adults went back to our hotel and then went for a walk and sightsee what we have for a week of London

We then walked back to our hotel I didn't want to be alone so Ivy sat and talked about anything and nothing more about how my night routines should go with our London rehearsals and shows we will be putting on for our audiences and to not forget even though it's a holiday it's also a working tour that requires work and a lot of it I can't for it all to happen

Monday was another week to wake up to and in a good way too I woke up and got ready for the day and made sure I was all packed the last things I messed was my moisturiser and sunnies and went off to our first stop that was Lancelin had hot chocolate and mum had coffee and we had it in our keep cups and took it with us after eating custard tart for morning tea

Back on the road to lunch stop which was Dongara half an hour from Geraldton I had chicken, lettuce and mayo sandwich and apple juice for lunch and dad and mum all joined in with their food too love on the road food and all shared a row of Kit Kat in the car then made it here to Kalbarri and our house is incredible it’s 2 story and got many photos of the house last night and this morning until todays fun

Karijini Eco Retreat

Woke up at 7:37 and went to the toilet with dad then back to bed for manta sleep until 8am now the time is 8:12 dad is reading mum is waking up soon so what should i do accept wait and wait but I know they will wake up soon and get the day started so when they did mum took a while but we did make our way to Hamersley George but of a way but we made it to Tom Price where you can get range and post photos of the holiday and where we are up to in that day on Facebook messenger stories and this was Day 5 of this holiday ao we got to the lookout we looked out and we walked down.

Had a swim lots of photos mum took of us me and dad in the nice clean water where we swam CANT wait to see those photos went back to Tom Price then posted those photos from our day in that gorgeous George now we are back on the normal roads were normally used to after all that red dirt as we are driving I was really appreciating most of living in Western Australia all the views of the bush and red dirt we all experienced it in the best way possible after getting fuel for the car and then later on we got fuel for the humans we like to call lunch at the latest hour now we all know I can wait until 4 the latest time to eat anything.

But good thing we are still going to eat I deserve it waiting for that long so we got to our cabin I had one half of a sandwich and half apple before showering and out for dinner and had gnocchi which is always my favourite it did have a blue cheese flavour to it that part wasn't my favourite then we took home magnum ice creams my idea was for the next day was that dad, mum and I packed some stuff up for dad to pack the car over night so all we had to was go out for breakfast and then off on the road again

So as they did that I watched what I downloaded on Disney Plus until sleep time
