Guardians of life: The indigenous women fighting oil exploitation in the Amazon

You’ve lived a life. With all the knowledge and experiences you have, your mind can feel busier than a Starbucks drive-thru on a Monday morning. The constant clutter can make it hard to be motivated to start your week and it doesn’t help when the winter blues begin to take over. The fact that winter is upon us doesn’t make it any easier to let go of last week’s baggage and live in the present moment.
Don’t get it twisted, we’re not looking forward to the darkest day of the year either. We just happen to know that every day after Winter Solstice gets brighter and better. Don’t believe us? We get it. There’s a lot of outside influences that challenge our ability to stay mindful.
That’s why we’re going to Marie Kondo the crap out of your mind. Got 10 minutes? Let’s rock.
📿Mindful Mondays📿 with our host Avery for Mindful Solstice Practice: Letting Go at 10am ET
Today, we’ve got an exciting Mindful Solstice meditation practice around letting go that will renew your confidence in yourself and reclaim your G.O.A.T. status.
Mark your calendars for this week:
