Demisexual, and consider myself transmasc due to the situation, emotionally supported the system for a long time and held a lot of trauma, I am by far the longest existing alter/headmate in the system

Guess its damage. Guess its trauma. The places someone touches you when you're young and defenseless, The way hypersexuality hurts you when you're young, and how it almost gets you into a similar situation to the one that caused it in the first place. How it feels to watch part of yourself suffer from something while you feel little to nothing sexually charged. And how the content the person you came from searched out wrecked there brain. How young people who have suffered csa look to the internet to understand what happened to them and find porn websites.

I don't even know what i am

its been almost 6 months since I stopped being near my abuser, the person that gave me BPD, and I still dont know what I am. Its taken years to heal even a little bit from the worst of it, but Im still a fractured shattered, and foggy mirror

What am I. Am I even a person. I feel more like a wild animal. Paranoid and alone.

My partner tries to help me but I tell them not to, they cant fix me, only help me stay safe. They should find someone better to be with. Im a nightmare to be around honestly.

Simple things send me into spirals

I binge eat

I self harm

I overspend to make myself feel something

I cant recognize problem behavior from myself

I fall down these spirals and they can only watch, therapy didnt help. I wont talk to my psychiatrist about this. Im a lost cause
