About: In 1956 a giant mech appeared on the streets of Japan, changing the course of history as we know it. Today, a street cleaner - Jean Hurlant, after failing to enroll in the mech-pilot academy, stumbled upon something that can give his dreams a second chance, but not in the way he expected.
SPIRAL HIGHWAY is a action / sci-fi ongoing series, made in the spirit of cartoons you would eat up on early Toonami and Jetix MAX. If you’d like to read about robots racing and punching each other in a Jet Set Radio knock off world, this is the comic for you! Not only is it inspired by Gunbuster, FLCL, TTGL and such, but also the OG stuff, like Ashita no Joe and Getter Robo. It’s the 4Kids show they never got their hands on!
