Imagine if an ogryn went through the procedure to become a space marine, would it even work? Like would they have to take the extra lung from a whale or something? Where would they even find a heart to fit in the thing? The biscopea is the organ responsible for the musculature of the space marines, what would that do to a ogryn? He'd be the size of a custodes
