it’s racist because being colorblind is racist

it’s sexist because ignoring the systemic differences between how men and women are treated is sexist

it’s homophobic because ignoring people’s identities and saying you don’t care about those identities is homophobic

it’s bigoted because ignoring the systemic differences between how people are treated in society isn’t fair when the default is white, male, cis, and straight - so basically this person is saying “i’m going to ignore huge facets of who you are for my own comfort level because qu**rs and PoC complicate my white-centric, heteronormative world view”
