You made me feel like I wasn’t easy to love
You are wanted. You are loved. You are needed.
Inspired by the wonderful @sheisrecovering
God didn’t create woman to serve a man’s flesh or to find her identity in serving a man’s carnal need or insecurity. God made her to be loved by Jesus in the one she is married to, not to scratch an itch in his life. She’s far more powerful than that.
Remember, Shadrach, Meshasch, and Abednego. God didn’t put out the fire. He just put Jesus in there with them and they came out without smoke. It’s not about God stopping all the things that look bad; it’s about who is in there with you.

6 Types of Childhood Abuse | psych2go (new release)
As someone who has experienced child abuse (which ultimately led to acute paranoia and anxiety) first hand, I’m glad this video was made. More people need to be aware that how they treat their children can have a long lasting effect on their child’s health and mental and emotional stability.
This video is very helpful for anyone who suffered or is suffering from childhood abuse…

TO THE WOMAN OF GOD:
Be an ESTHER, bold and courageous enough to stand for the truth, to voice your opinion and fight for the good of others, even when it means to sacrifice yourself. If God has put you in a position, it is for a purpose. Never be afraid to heed that inner voice.
Be a RUTH, loyal in all your relationships, walk the extra mile and don’t quit when things get tough. Someday, you’ll see why it was all worth the effort.
Be a LYDIA, let your homes be open, let your hands be generous, let your hearts be big enough to help anyone in need. Joy is greatest when shared.
Be a HANNAH, never cease to pray. It will never be in vain.
Be a MARY, humble and submissive. You don’t have to be great for God to use you, you just need to obey.
Be a DORCAS, use your talents, however small it may seem to bring a smile on someone’s face. You’ll never know how much it can mean to someone.
Be an ABIGAIL, remember how each decision can turn your life around for good or bad. Be wise.
Be an ELIZABETH, never doubt what God can do. He is the God of many miracles.
Be a MARY MAGDALENE, never let your mistakes and judgments of other people stop you from experiencing the joy of Jehovah.
Be a REBEKAH, never forget that true beauty lies within. Draw all your loved ones closer to God through your Christ-like character.
Lastly be a SARAH, age doesn’t matter. Trust & believe that all things are possible with God according to His time.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” - Proverbs 31:25
The quietly desperate work culture of “I hate Mondays”, “thank god it’s Friday”, “working for the weekend”, and similar nonsense is deeply disgusting, and I hate that it’s seen as normal. We are burning away 70% of our lives waiting for the 30% where we can recuperate from work and actually live for a little while. This is absolutely not the way life is supposed to be. This is obscene.

I can’t help but feel like the purest type of love is through prayer. Prayer without telling people you will pray for them. Prayer without saying that you prayed for them. Because essentially you’re telling God about the ones you love. You’re using your time with Him for others and it still counts and plays a role in the purification of your heart. You can pray for people you know and you do not. And they will never know, but your one prayer and can make a world of difference for them.
