Know What I Thank God For Today?

Last night’s fireworks were pretty awesome. Until our neighbors set off a firework that resembled the sound of a C-Ram defense system. And to my shame and embarrassment, I almost hit the deck; throwing out my neck and back in the process. I hate that my body reacts that way, but I am thankful for the coping skills, support from my husband, and the weighted blanket, that got me through the night.

Stomping For a Better Mood

I took this picture while in Montana. Everything that morning was going wrong. I was hangry and was having a hard time keeping things in perspective. So I took some time for myself to stomp it out. (AKA: walk angrily and pray for inner peace) lol
