Madonna - Substitute For Love

I'm going through some kind of a Madonna phase. Her Ray of Light album phase to be exact. Now I have not been a huge fan of hers. I recognize her as a power in the music industry but until now her music hasn't really touched me or spoken to me. 

Somehow I have stumbled on her Ray of Light album and some of the songs on it are undoubtably very good. This album is also very different from her other releases - it's not her typical in-your-face-i-am-sex kind of an album. Maybe that's what has enchanted me.

Here are the songs that I have been listening from the album:

So Papermag wrote about women who are leading a new movement in R&B. They mentioned 10 names and one of them was Rosie Lowe. So when it was Rosie's turn I was instantly hooked and didn't want to/ couldn't listen to anybody else on that list after that. Don't get me wrong, I still love Banks to death, but Rosie is just so good!
