Four story tall statue of Ursula the Sea Witch from "The Little Mermaid."  This is at the Art of Animation resort at Disneyworld, in the courtyard of The Little Mermaid wing.  Ursula was inspired by Divine, the transgressive drag performer and muse of John Waters.

I took this photo on February 24, 2013.  It shows a sign and a giant baseball outside of Thillens Stadium, at Devon and Kedzie in Chicago.  Recently the baseball was removed and the stadium renamed The Stadium at Devon and Kedzie.
