Tottmnt Donnie should have a “gifted kid burn out.” Because the moment his teachers realize he is a literal genius he would be absolutely pressured into joining all sorts of clubs and programs to “represent” the school. Every Donnie already has a tendency to spread themselves a bit thin being the “smart one” of their families and that (rightfully) stresses them the fuck out.

Adding on peer pressure from a bunch of adult teachers on top of that is the perfect recipe for a full burn out.

I miss you guys to. Life has been really crazy. My dog passed away rather suddenly last summer and my mom got sick, she’ll be okay but life just keeps hitting you know.

I’d love to come back and do some things in this fandom eventually. Everyone was so nice and supportive.

I’ve just been doing works in other fandoms I have like…..6? Tumblrs at this point to talk about different fandoms just for my own organization and I can list those out if you want to find them.

I just haven’t watched the ninja turtles in like a year so it’s hard to write here right now as I know it won’t be up to my regular quality.

One day I’d love to finish my valentines fic

I’d also like to write more in the samurai and ninja love story. I had a vague plan at one point for a third book but I didn’t know what to do for an over arcing villain. I had ideas for the leosagi relationship and samurai squad experiencing New York but no conflict. it’s been years.

Right now I can’t promise anything. But eventually I’d like to edit the stories I already have out to make them better.

It’s a new year and I’m reading usagi yojimbo again and I’m back to drawing usagi without bangs

now I’m making a case why hueso would want nothing to do with hiring usagi. He clears the rotm maze in record time but attracts so much trouble hueso refuses to employ him. Thus how he would end up on Big Mama’s radar and gets stuck fighting in the nexus.
