Appearance: Since he's been in remission, Jon has gained his original weight back and regrown his hair. He's still the same old Jon.
Place of resident: His pent house in upper manhattan.
Roommates (if applicable): None. Just a butler or two.
Occupation: CEO of Nexus
Goals: To eliminate the post-human threat against humanity.
Top five relationships (friends, family, etc…):
Lara James (fiance (deceased)) - Lara was the love of his life who he was forced to kill by a post-human. It is because of her death that Jon strives to make sure that post-humans are no longer the threat that they are, by any means necessary.
Jessica Bradley (good friend (deceased)) - His best friend and once upon a time, his right hand woman. Her death took a toll on him and made him even colder than he already was. He promised to take care of her son before her death and has done so to this day.
Darren Bradley (?) - Truth be told, Jon cares a lot more about Darren than he lets on. Even to the point where he hoped Darren would some day take his place as head of Nexus.
AJ Fitzpatrick (friend) - One would have thought he would have been used to the women in his life dying on him, but the hearbreak and pain haven't seemed to dull at all. First his mother, then Lara and Jessica. Now AJ. There were very few people that Jon could trust and AJ was definitely at the top of that list. He did and always will think of her as one of the most brilliant agents that he ever had.
Andrew (business associate) - Jonathan may be a business man, but he is a scientist above all else. He enjoys Andrew's company and his assets to his company. Whether it's a game of poker or a new project, Jon knows that Andrew is the guy to call.
Significant events/development from vol. 2:
- Was diagnosed with cancer and traveled the world recieving treatments for his condition.
-Stabbed by Moria while she was under the influence of a Rogue.
-Made the decision that Darren would begin training to become head of Nexus.
-Formed the Seven Deadly Sins
Significant events/development during time jump:
-With the Rogues damn near gone and PROTECT continuing their conquest of being perpetual thorns in his side, Jonathan Dexter has been working harder than ever to keep Nexus at the top. Working day and night, he begins researching new techniques to get the ball rolling.
-With a heavy heart, Jon attends the funeral of AJ Fitzpatrick. He funded the event, deciding that AJ deserved to go out in style. For the first time in a long time, Jon shed a tear. He named the library in Nexus after her, the Fitzpatrick Medical Science Library.
-Jon has decided to regain his political footing and reinsert his opposition towards post-human/human integration. He has gained a few politicians on his side and plans on keeping it that way.
How has your character been affected by the plot (this sort of goes with the one above): Jon has become even more relentless in capturing/eliminating the post-human threat. He plans on going further than he ever has before and this time, he's not about to lose.
