KNews: Kim Hyun Joong Text Messages

I really can not believe all this mess. On one side I avoid reading the news because I know its likely over-blow speculation but on the other hand you get articles like THIS and THIS that seem so legit and instantly cause me to speculate!

Some of the texts are so hateful I wonder what kind of man would say that to a woman. If these claims of hers are true KHJ is just too evil! But if false- boy is she one hateful and spiteful woman! Either that or a gold digger...

Other texts, like the one above, strike me as a bit off. In some cases it sounds more like they were doing some Shades of Grey kinky nonsense and they were found out by her father. Its her responses to his texts that really make me wonder though. If this is man who beat you so brutally:

A. Why are you still talking to him?

B. Why don't you sound pissed off? and for that matter

C. Why do your responses sound more like you're talking about the weather than about assault?

I really wish I knew the truth already because thinking that I was so wrong in my judgement of KHJ makes me feel like such a terrible person. It sends me in a spiral of negative thoughts about what misjudging him makes me, and what kind of fan I am to believe this, what kind of woman am I to not feel for this woman if her claims are factual.

But then again she has been proven to be a liar time and again...aish! But then why has he admitted wrong doing if he is innocent? All this back and forth just leaves too many questions unanswered and even more speculation about what must've really happened. I think its just better for me to stay clear of this mess until the court case is closed and a judge has given his determination. If this is making you as crazy as it is making me I hope you take my advise and steer clear too. But I understand if you cant. In the end I guess everyone will have to be their own judge because its impossible to know the truth amidst such a crazy case.

For all those involved I just hope its over quickly and that everyone gets justice!

Reaction Time: Infinite - Bad

So this past week I finally got to see the MV for Infinite's new single Bad and let me just say- YESSSSS! I absolutely love this MV. I've been listening to their new album 'Reality' since it came out on the 15th (as a balm to comfort me while I waited for the MV).

How glad am I that I was not disappointed! But thinking on it...that has never happened with any of Infinite's comebacks. It is very rare for me to say that I absolutely love every song a group chooses for their comeback, but I can definitely say that of them. I can even be so bold as to declare that "I absolutely love ever single song in ever single album, mini album, and single Infinite has released." But then again that may be because of my terrible weakness for Woo Hyun.

Woo Hyun...how I love thee. You beautiful, talented, charismatic, South Korean man! I could go on forever but because the point of this blog post is to react to their music video I will spare you all the crazy fangirling. (Inspirit 4 life!)

Sooo... the Music Video was quite amazing actually! The lyrics speak of going back to some one who you know is terrible for you but you keep going back to them- hoping that things will be different this time around. Its a song about intentionally putting your heart through the ringer because your betting on that person... And the music video does a fantastic job of portraying the angst one feels in such a situation. The ambient light, the almost horror film like motifs, and the man in the mirror theme that runs throughout the entirety of the MV really lends itself toward chaos- in a good way. I mean for a song about knowing how bad someone is for you but wanting them any way its makes sense to have the members looking at themselves in the broken mirrors only to find that it isn't their reflection. The scenes cut back and forth from mirrors, to labyrinth type rooms, to rooms filled with taxidermy and swinging lights. All the while the guys sing to reflections of themselves.

And of course strewn throughout they show of their amazing dancing skills. You cant speak of Infinite and not mention their sick choreographies. And this one is no less epic. The body rolls, the crumping, and the robot-like synchronization of movements is beyond spectacular! But what can you expect!? Most notable to me is definitely the chorus choreo- I don't know how they do it but they roll their shoulders in such a way that I am in a trance!

The song and beat are incredibly infectious! I know I will be jamming to that song many a night for at least a year. For that matter its already on my Infinite Playlist so there is going to be a lot of complaining coming from friends and family lucky enough to get a ride in my car lol

Seriously thought...this is a great MV for an even better song and KPop group so if you haven't had a chance to watch or listen I would recommend you correct this right away or you will never know the meaning of true talent!
