I happened to be on one of the 3 or so planets where this happens and was driving over the tallest mountain in the area (as you do) and accidentally caught the Racchni Queen singing.

Apparently this wasn't as common knowledge as I thought it was???? But yeah. You can hear the Queen on a very few select planets and even then you need to find the highest point on the map
