I don’t know if you know, but TERFS are worshiping Aphrodite and using her to be hateful. Anyone can worship anything they want, but it strikes me as odd why they would worship Aphrodite as she strikes me as very inclusive and there are even some statues depicting her with a penis. I just can’t see Aphrodite allying herself with TERFS.
I *think* they worship Aphrodite because they think she's the archetype of the "perfect woman," which completely disrespects the other goddesses and the non-binary and gender-fluid deities - but then, TERFS don't care who they offend.
This is just another instance of the global trend of people saying one thing and doing the exact opposite. It grieves me that so many of our Hellenic and Roman co-religionists are hypocrites who spread hate and cause harm.
I would like to share a beautiful Latin epithet for Venus: verticordia, "the changer of hearts."
May Aphrodite/Aphroditus and eir children, especially Hermaphroditus and Harmonia, bless and protect our transgender siblings. May Love change the hearts of those who hate. May humanity pursue the joys of concord and amity.
Hermes playlist MUST have Chug Jug with You in it IT IS ILLEGAL to have a playlist without chug jug with you
Found my old childhood piggy bank. It was filled with so much change I decided to fill my Hermes coin jar with the change. It overflowed and THEN some.
I feel like Hermes is doing a real big pogchamp face right now LMFAO
Tbh I’m kinda nervous about it. Hermes knows the jar is gonna be used to buy something for him. But lol I live with my parents, what do I buy that doesn’t scream HERMES LIVES HERE

(RNS) — A former baker for the chain said she was told that she 'needed to find God,' according to a court filing.
According to the lawsuit, the subject of McCoy’s religion came up in late May of 2020, when McCoy was on break with the store’s assistant manager, Lori Dubs, and the manager, Kerri Ann Show. Show asked McCoy what her religion was, and Tammy responded, “I am Pagan.”
Show reportedly responded by telling McCoy that she was going to hell, and Dubs “vigorously nodded her head in agreement.”
The lawsuit then goes on to describe a series of other discriminatory actions. Among the complaints are that McCoy’s hours were cut, and when she asked why, she was told that she “needed to find God” before returning to her “previous schedule.”

I've been an atheist/agnostic my entire life, and I practice witchcraft at the moment, but I feel really drawn to at least the idea of Aphrodite. I don't know if I fully believe that gods exist; I even have a hard time believing that entities exist. At the moment, I work with the sea because it's something physical that I know for sure exists.
I've always loved rose quartz (even before starting witchcraft) and other things associated with Aphrodite, and at one point I even made an altar for her, but that ended when I took a break from witchcraft, and I never restarted the altar. What I'm asking for is some advice. Could I worship the idea of Aphrodite without worshipping her as a being if that makes sense? I'm just a bit confused with what I should do.
Hm. I’m not too sure on this. I want to say that I would try to worship Aphrodite herself since I think she would appreciate that more. But again I’m not too sure myself, since I’m very lax in my worship.
Does anyone else have some advice on something like this?
Some of y'all will never understand that gods are literally transcendent divine beings that cannot be understood from a mortal perspective, and not like, literal people that you can shame or judge like they're a politician who will stand down after a scandal
