A Beautiful Day In Hyrule ☀️

I had always wanted to draw Link lying down and enjoying the day, and I am so glad that I had the motivation to do this—my procrastination has gotten the better of me when making concepts of this in the past😅

Koregos, the Worldline! I LOVE the Desert Perpetual raid and the Vex, so I wanted to draw something that encompassed each encounter. More under the cut.

Close-ups! This took over 150 hours of work and is the most detailed and time-consuming drawing I've ever created. I wanted the Vex to be true to the way they look in-game, so I took screenshots of each, sketched over the screenshots, then did the line art over the sketch. The backgrounds are mostly freehand, and I individually drew most of the stars.

I tried to make a timelapse using CSP's feature but it made my tablet lag so much that I had to delete them. But I did make a ton of WIPs! CSP also has a "work time" function, so that's how I measured the time it took.

Shout out to @bioluminosity for their cool brushes I used and art that was the inspiration for the space background I painted, and to @monstyra for the invaluable feedback and keeping me sane while I worked on this! Go follow both of them!!

Drawing this while listening to the raid music was the best thing ever.
