I'm glad you liked the idea ☆ and of course, I can talk a bit more about my shifting journey. Some posts regarding more in depth topics and also my DRs are currently WIP
I found out about shifting mid 2020, when I was still in middle school, and for obvious reasons I liked that a lot more than what was going on here. Back then I only heard of the raven method so that's what we were working with. I believe it was a lot more simpler around that time as almost everyone was sort of "new to it" and only very few information were common knowledge - even if not all of it was accurate or helpful lol, anyone who's been there knows what I'm talking about
The first time I shifted was maybe in August of that year? I've spent a good few weeks overthinking my script and all that and shifted to Hogwarts the third or fourth time I actually attempted. It was absolutely CRAZY to me, I was counting to 100 with my affirmations and I started feeling super weird and told myself "I'm probably dozing off, just stay on track" and out of nowhere my room was super bright because I shifted to it being morning in my dorm. When I processed that, I didn't actually feel as "eh, let's move on" like people make it seem often because it has still been a very foreign idea in my mind. I believed, of course, enough to try, but within weeks I had to go from "oh, wow, parallel realities sound so cool" to "I'm literally practicing magic and talk to characters I watched movies about". Which, in that time, caused quite the existential crisis. That's something I'll address more in a later post too.
After that, I continued to use the raven method for months probably. I don't remember when safewords and actions started to become popular, but it made me question a lot of things. If shifting from there to here is so easy, why "isn't" it the other way around? How did I even shift back previously? At that point, I've lived years in my DR, so shouldn't it technically be my "truer" CR than this reality? Please keep in mind that was like 2021 and I didn't know about manifestation or LOA or any of that. So I simply tried to "just shift" and it worked and that's how I've done it ever since.
Now that years have passed here too and I've been to countless realities and afterlives and whatever else, my perspective on basically everything has changed 180°. Nothing is really that serious, in a positive way. Especially since applying LOA in my life I've come to terms with, no matter what, you as the awareness keep existing. Doesn't matter how or where so you might as well have a good time.
My sense of identity shattered completely, which was heavily impacted by simultaneously knowing about dozens of lives I've lived which is something THEY DON'T TALK ENOUGH ABOUT. It's not inherently bad, but there have been moments in which I went "what the actual fuck" because I didn't even know what my problem was in the first place. Let that be your reminder to have a therapy WR. Not for therapy in the conventional sense of this reality, but anyone to work through this stuff with instead of having to scream into a void.
I've lived in many, many realities, so I'll most likely end up making a post about those more specific later on. This already ended up being so many words
★how I shift: So...The first time I shifted was something like this. I really wanted to enter the void, so I lay there for about 15 minutes and meditated. I don't really keep track of time. After a while, I felt like my body completely disappeared, along with everything around me. Considering my procrastination, this was a very good result. I was floating and my consciousness was also slowly floating, as if I was very sleepy. At some point I started affirming and visualizing until I shifted.
shifting story: I opened my eyes because someone was literally pinching me. It was Nobara who was trying to wake me up. There was nothing unusual really, it was a day off and she wanted to go shopping with me.
I had breakfast (my favorite cereal with milk, God, I love it here and there). Then we went to the mall and Nobara kept complaining the whole way that she needed a new dress. After some time, Megumi called me and asked where we were and whether he should pick us up (he’s such a gentleman, oh my god). He picked us up and when we returned to the dorm we just hugged each other lying on the bed, then I dozed off and woke up here.
In fact, there was nothing special, since I specifically wanted to shift on the weekend so that there were no classes and I could just relax with my loved ones. After that, I already shifted on days with school, but in this post I decided to talk about my first shifting
"How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you"
Hello! I've been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I've noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefs—but I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter.
You'll want to read everything—it's important.
(!!!!! This isn’t an original post of mine, I don’t remember where I found it but it’s from a deactivated acc and I don’t know if she/he’s in another acc on here!!!)
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it's because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn't shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn't work!
That's when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness.
Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn't shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift back—but it didn't work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And I'm sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
1. This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
2. There's something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option.
There's nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how l used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn't work because that's how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these things—because that's what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn't letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didn't It myself shift. Of course, it wasn't the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing cnough cimes before it switches
No. It's you.
So, you have two choices:
1. Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
2. Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I'm going to explain why it's not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, you've had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren't born thinking you need methods to shift—it's something that developed over time. Which means it's not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There's NOTHING you can do in this one—no intrusive thoughts or negative emotions—that can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you're aware of. That's literally it. Anything outside of that can't stop you.
Yes, we've all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you're not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don't go outside enough" (I legit read this on here—y'all are wildin'). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :(*? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
"So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
• I'm pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
• I'm a master shifter. I don't need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
• Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I'm in the 4D and pure consciousness."
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I was—in my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I'm going to shift, and I'm going to use X method.
Because that's not how you think or act when you're a master shifter. I let go—why would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift? — do you really, truly believe it's the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting.
But shifting isn't logical! It just happens! I have no idea why—it's literally just magic to me—but that's how it works.
So, you need to understand:
You make it happen. That's a good thing, right? It means you don't need methods, and you don't need to keep searching for "the key.”
"Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)
(Also if someone wants to post this to another social you have my permission—especially reddit since I was active in that community but I deleted my ace lol)"
I was watching a nondualism YouTuber on how to recognize the source of your thoughts, until I suddenly stopped because I had an epiphany.
I don't want to sound like a broken record but I must ask this question once again:
Who are you?
🍨. Your cells have lifespans, they live and they die. Your thoughts and feelings come and go, your hobbies and interests change over time. So what remains? The knowing, the awareness that you are not the same person. The awareness that knows that you don't like that certain band anymore.
Think about a wooden table, if it turned into a chair then what would you call it? Would it still be a table or would it be a chair? You can make arguments for either but the fact remains that both the chair and the table are made of the same material, wood.
You are the wood, no matter what happens to the body your awareness always remains the same. Similarly to a TV, no matter what is on the TV the TV remains a TV.
🍨. Your true essence isn't tangible, it isn't physical it's boundless, without form and without limits.
🍨. Now on to my next point! I already covered this in my "Reality is NOT Objective" post but I want to reiterate. The brain can be wrong, the senses can be wrong. Think about the times you thought your parents called your name, or when you fell for an optical illusion. Your ears and your eyes were wrong. Think about when you get your clothes and you can't tell if they're wet or just cold. Your touch was wrong. Think about when you're smelling cinnamon but it's actually nutmeg (this was a horrible example I literally could not think of something for scent) your nose was wrong. Think about the time you had to do a class presentation and you were so anxious about it, but when you actually begin to do it you think to yourself "Hey this isn't so bad." Your brain was just wrong.
The physical is not absolute, the senses can be mistaken. Awareness cannot. If your senses aren't to be trusted then why do you reduce yourself down to them.
🍨. When you're shifting what's changing? Not your surroundings. . . it's your awareness. Think about when you're in a dream, does your body get teleported into the dream as well? No. Your body is still in the bed, it is the awareness that has changed. You probably have a different body, a different age, different family, etc. This is because your awareness is boundless, it is nothingness so it can take on many forms.
🍨. Which ushers me into my next point there is nothing above you. Everyday we see something or someone that we believe to be above us.
"Ugh I wish I could have that much money!"
"I wish I had that talent!"
"I wish I could be able to travel like that!"
But you can because everything is you. That one celebrity who posts about their Grammy nominations is you. That one Olympian who won the gold medal is you. Why? Because they're forms of consciousness, and if you are pure consciousness that makes them YOU. You are not separate from that desired amount of money, you are not separate from that desired talent. It is yours. It is you. You just don't know it. This again is why knowing is all there is.
People often say that the only limit is the imagination, and if imagination is limitless that means there are no limits. The only limits that "exist" are the ones curated by the mind. But what is the brain but an organ?
When your stomach growls you know it's because you're hungry. Easy. Straight to the point. Period. You don't sit there for forty days and forty days thinking about every single possible explanation for that stomach growl, you just know you're hungry. The stomach is no different than the brain they both are organs that operate off biology. The brain is tangible, you say that you can grow wings and fly the brain refutes. It knows that humans can't grow wings so flying would be impossible.
However it's just a thought, and thoughts aren't real. They're neutral, they are meaningless. So what your brain says about what you can or can't do. You aren't the brain. So why listen to it? If it's possible to dream that you can fly then why wouldn't you be able to? When you're in a dream you experience it to be real. No one reality is more "real" than the other. If it exists within your awareness then that's it. That's all that matters.
So stop focusing on what's around you and direct that energy to the real you. All you need to do to shift is be aware of your desired reality (and guess what you literally are that's the entire reason why you're in the shifting community and have a desired reality in the first place" and know that you're there. Decide. Be.
🍨.The fact of the matter is that you was always there, you're everyone because consciousness can't be bound. Don't worry about the when, or the where, or the how. The logistics is futile. Consciousness operates outside of human comprehension it doesn't have to make sense. You know that you are there and that's all you need to know. Stop trying to shift, your desired reality was never separate to begin with.
Hii I just saw your post about your friend shifting within 24 hours and I was just wondering if you could please share what you told her? Ive been into shifting for 6 years and have had little to no success so if I were to completely start again and forget everything I’ve ever known about shifting what would you tell me about it and how to do it? Please I really need help
hi lovely dearest sparkly anon here i come to help. easy peasy lemon squeezy summary incoming. spreading kindly all the infos i gave her. let’s hypothetically turn in a favor like you never heard of shifting before. no knowledge at all. niet. zero. not a shadow of mention. except perhaps very vaguely heard of manifestation, and no clue what even is law of assumption. let alone the “void state”??? pure awareness??? nothing.
i introduced the void state first, which is when your true self is…. just is. being. not attached to anything and therefore, no thoughts no doubts no self monitoring. nothing intervening. nor remaining. nothing all-short actually. it is a meditative state you induce where you experience no time (as you aren’t aware of this reality or any ; that concept is non existent. you are just with yourself), no bad thoughts or bad emotions and just deeply relaxe without being aware of here and your surroundings. just the true you ; your awareness.
and so whatever you assume, you instantly be to. question mark was this wording odd. what you be you experience.
it has no resistance in sight. so. you manifest (so shift) what you want by stating im already in my dr or i already have xyz. and it instantly enter in your experience. orrr just enjoy meditation there (as i do cause it is the most peaceful state ever).
i shared her two ways to get in the void state. plus my personal tip. the first was the infamous distraction method. then a multitasking double meditation method?? unraveling. you put on a meditation just as background and slowly start to dive in your own thoughtless mind and let go of the instructions said and you are naturally in (the) void. and my little advice: your eyes are closed your mind don’t know. and so you say oh yeah i am in the void. oh i am entering the void. your brain don’t know what is the void. the void is nothing. what if this is the void? and your brain can’t disprove. it stammer. it has to acquiesce, and along giving up the empty narrative.
and how you are not your body. you actually are only pure awareness experiencing a reality where you do the things you do. there is an infinite amount of realities. time doenst exist. your future and past doenst either. it was and is always just your awareness experiencing the present moment cause it always is. you are more than this world, you are more than this body.
and that is where i told her about shifting.
immense worth the notice footnote. just to remember. this might not be the case for you in the sense that, shifting entered your mind already. you are aware and have been surrounded by infos and the feeling of a 6 years knowledge. i am not gonna say “forget everything now reboot!!!!” drastically over your head. cause it’s emotionally more complicated.
but. i would say get rid of it. which is different. here you are not denying it but rejecting it. do it with a simple decision “im not running by all of that anymore”. or dramatically throwing it over sea like a flip phone film sequence. know you have everything. you are source. you are the aromate that change a whole gustative impression. you are the one deciding what you want to experience. you shift every second. you just decide on which you want your next to be at. select your default.
each reality has its own set. its own continuity definition. its own mechanism. and routine. this reality always continue to its branches of other realities. and that’s when your awareness shifts without notice. right now it already evaluated. poof shifting again. we all wave our hands
but. zooming again on reality ‘structure’??? it is all neutral. all happening in the now. in this exact present moment. all with the exact same probability of you being aware of it. there is no such thing as distance. you aren’t traveling. you can shift to reading my next word a latte in hand or experience a dinosaurs return. all happening in this exact moment btw. same amount of possibilities. all equal chances of happening. the way that the two reality are not even apart like????? what do you mean its an option??????? let me totally freak out in advance BUT ALSOOOOOOOOOOO. NO. LETS NOT. spending a lifetime considering every infinity feels like a draining bureau illegal job. and the good news i chant is you are the one that chose what you expect!!!!!!!
this reality IS neutral. you are the one assigning a meaning to it. yet. it is the very same as your dr. if you blur the meaning. yes you would prefer be editing your next book face to window of the riviera. and i say yes??? what is stoping you. when its right with you being here. or another there.
reality is modulable. it dissolves. melts. it is a veil that is lifted by a mere light breeze and fallen on the stone. reality is fragile. so much. at every decision, turn movement, choice, alignment, instinct, turn of trust, focus. it is going again. and reshaping. always. it’s never constant. it’s the papier mâcher one keeps chewing back. yes. disgusting sort of analogy scratch this right now mi apologies.
it is a flip book of thin pages. each a sequence holding a reality. each a story of you being the protagonist and simultaneously the director of the moment. why would an external factor would even matter when you are the source. why would you consider an illusion dictate you. you are holding a book and looking for the final in a garden. why would you.
the assumptions. well. your mind holds a few. and by that i mean a never ending dictionary. that directs the awareness into its experiences. again and again. a part of it are laws for you, leading to other assumptions. but you have to understand. the mind doesn’t hold a fortress code. an assumption persisted and the mind says hi do come along place is yours. those assumptions can be altered. just by one (1) decision, just by will, just cause you said so. and roll the credits cause that is enough ! ! !
accept that shifting is simple cause it is. not a soften delusion. it’s a fact. shifting is easy to it’s core. and it doesn’t ask you for permission to be. you don’t need belief. overreated if you want my opinion. yes talking about it like a peanut supplement on a already perfect milkshake. shifting is something you experience. that just is. like gravity doesn’t wait for you to act. please accept it and sit in the silence left
also also also. putting this here. i did saw a lot of people saying “she shifted only because she didn’t know the option of not succeeding” well firstly yes. totally. and secondly i think it was rather that she came to it without any expectations. which directly equals no resistance. and so tada open door. imagine setting so high the expectations of something your mind can’t predict that it lead to you cancelling without knowing the assumption that you already shifted. and flip it back to the wrong side of the board…..by the pressure…….
i blinked and now there is an entire book chapter what happened. summary isn’t summaring anymore……. that’s it. that’s all you need. all i tried is do you a resume (vast brackets on the word) when you already are the master. trust yourself cause you are doing everything right. and it’s most likely when you do that you think you don’t. so ignore and shift. and be stubbornly annoyingly infuriatingly confident. love u a ton and a million and i know you got this. no expression, literally
First of all, know that the void is very real!!! I entered it a few hours ago for the first time intentionally!😭
It’s just like falling asleep when you’re really tired, how you’re entering the void when really relaxed. It’s impossible to fail.
Step 1: Get into a comfortable position.
Step 2: Get into the alpha state using a guided meditation or without. I like to do it without by counting down from 12 to 1 whilst visualising the numbers as you count them in your head. Then count down from 13 to 1 without visualising. This will get you into the alpha state. (You don’t have to be fully in the alpha state but it helps, just be really relaxed).
Step 3: I know people tell you to affirm for the void at this point BUT YOU NEED TO BE DISTRACTED!!! Visualise a scene in your head and let it distract you. You can even play your favourite song in the background (in your head, don’t actually put music on). You can do those separately or simultaneously. This will get you really distracted and not focusing on the 3D anymore. Then you will end up in the void! BOOM! There you go. It’s literally guaranteed results, it’s too effective to not work. Anyways have fun living your dream life!! Bye!!!!
How to induce sleep paralysis for Void State & Shifting? by Hélèn.
((read this until the end. im not gonna answer desperate cryings from the asks cuz this is the MOST detailed SP post of mine. 🙂🥱))
hey Ladies & Gentlemen. Today im presenting to uou; how to induce sleep paralysis 100% foolproof method (sounds just like a telecommerical lmao) from a certified insomniac. (im awake for so long that i legit started to see furnitures moving) This actually wanted by an anon from my ask but to the guy/girl who sent me that..uh..i accidentally deleted your ask but donr you worry, youre looking at what youve asked for! So yeah long story short, these are foolproof CAUSE youre actually using your BIOCHEMISTRY as a pretty little human being and learn why these work. Let me introduce you to a few new terms, if youre unfamiliar with sleep cycles, sleep hormones, and othe biologic mechanisms. ive done my search well, as always. 😩😮💨😽🫦
First of all, theres something called a ''REM debt''. So you might ask me, ''Helene, tf is a rem?'' well, it stands for ''Rapid Eye Movement.'' Aka, a stage of sleep. It's the stage of sleep where ur eyes move rapidly, even when closed, and the brain is most active. You experience almost all of ur dreams during this stage. The brain processes, organizes, and stores info you learnt during the day in this phase. Etc etc. so for short, its what we call a regular sleep where you see ur dreams. Alright lets move onto the Rem debt again, its simple. Means you should get at least 2-3 hours of night sleep. Without WBTB, triggering this requires sliiiightly disrupting the brain and body's biochemical balance, particularly the melatonin and cortisol cycle. cuz u have to release these hormones.
Actually yeah, u can trigger this night time aka the first REM (not deep sleep, the actual dreaming phase) and it has a few ways. Firs lay down on a starfish (supine) position, and if u ask me why is ts position particularly? Pretty scientific. When u lie on your back, ur tongue is more likely to fall back, which can slightly hinder breathing. Your big beautiful brain perceives this slight shortness of breath as a "threat" and tries to wake you up suddenly. However, cuz ur body is in deep REM sleep, ur muscles remain locked, and you suddenly wake up in sleep paralysis. Et voilà. Also..the position might not be enough so..u should consider disrupting ur ''Circadian Rhythm'' and provide excessive fatigue.
The thing that leaves ur brain most helpless is the clash between ur excessively tired body and your overactive mind. Ruin your sleep schedule (worth it), sleeping very little during the week,, sleeping until noon on weekends, or constantly changing sleep schedules, etc etc, disrupts your circadian rhythm (aka what we call our biological clock). AND, when your bodys physically exhausted, ur brain may want to jump directly to the deepest stages or directly to REM the moment you lie down in bed (aka, ''REM rebound effect''). If your mind dosent completely shut down while the body locks up quickly, you may experience (hypnagogique) paralysis at the moment of falling asleep. These help you induce natural sleep paralysis 100%!!!!!
Aaaand the popular WILD technique yall probably heard of before. Ts is actually the first stage of the WILD (wake initiated lucid dream) technique, used to directly transition into lucid dreaming. The goal is to observe ur body falling asleep without ever losing consciousness. such a challange rigth? Lie on ur back, it's basically just keeping your body completely still while waiting for sleep to come. Focus on the shapes behind your eyelids or keep a steady rhythm in your mind (or count your breaths omg idk it works). Before falling asleep, ur body performs a "heyyy dude, are we awake?" test. Your nose may itch, you may feel the urge to swallow, or you may feel the urge to change position. You must completelyyyyy ignore all these urges and not move at all. If you do it, your body will fall asleep and lock the muscles, but your consciousness will remain awake. (GOLD STATEEEE)
i actually recommend staying up until the morning cuz like i said..YOUR REM DEBT!! you actually NEED that REM debt, but tyr not to go completely zombie. (i feel like a zomb rn) If u lack too much of sleep, your brain might force you into deep non REM sleep first to heal ur body, which we DONT want. We want that sweet lil REM Rebound state right away! (where lucid dreams and most of my shifting experiences happenned naturally) Your bodys biological clock releases melatonin in the evenings and cortisol (the wakey wakeyyyy / stress hormone) in the early mornings. The moments when these two hormones overlap are the most fertile ground for sleep paralysis.
tHATS EXACTLY WHY daytime naps could be IT! Its much easier to trigger sleep paralysis during a 30-45min nap in the afternoon (between like.. 2 to 4pm) or late afternoon, rather than at night. Cuz again, during the day, your cortisol and alertness levels are already high (its easy for the mind to stay awake), but ur body, exhausted from lack of sleep, quickly switches to sleep mode. While the mind says, "dawg i need to stay hormonally awake during the day," the body says, "no im leaving," and sleep paralysis occurs.
now, lastly. Its also a clever but a tad risky (guarantee sleep paralysis) ''method'': There are certain foods and habits that directly affect ur body chemistry and sharpen REM sleep....hell yeah..Heavy and carbohydrate /tryptophhan rich dinners. Eating something heavy, carbohydrate rich, or containing tryptophan (like bananas, dairy, turkey etc etc) 1,5-2hrs before bed creates a sudden sleep pressure. This quickly pulls your body down, making it difficult for the brain to truly fall into a deep and peaceful sleep because the digestive system is working. (evil laugh) Caffeine timing is also essential, folks, consuming it apprx 1,5-2hrs before bedtime makes it ''not fully eliminated from the body'' when u go to bed. Youre caught on that fine line between caffeine trying to keep ur mind awake and blocking adenosine receptors, and physical fatigue taking over and locking up your body.
Hope I didn't write any nonsense I'm dying out of sleeplessness and 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗵. 𝗶 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵. 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗺𝗲 𝟮+𝗵𝗿𝘀. 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘆𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. 𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱🫰🏻🫰🏻
It all started in 2021, when a friend of mine first told me about shifting. I didn’t question whether it was real or not, I just went with it. At that time, I was looking up information online, and one afternoon I tried the sunny Method using all five senses. I managed to “mini-shift” into aot for a few seconds.
Then school started again, and because of my eating disorder, I put shifting aside until September 2022, when I decided I wanted to go to my skz dr.
Unfortunately, that’s when I fell into a vicious cycle: trying method after method, getting frustrated, wondering why it wasn’t working anymore, and doubting myself even though I already had proof it worked once. I kept trying, but nothing seemed to work. At that point, all I wanted was to escape my cr, which I hated, and that only made my anger and doubt worse. So I paused shifting.
In the summer of 2023, I discovered subliminals on youtube and a few months later I came across the law of assumption. I decided to try manifesting things in my current reality. But even with loa, I ended up trapped in another cycle: endless affirmations, dividing everything into 3D and 4D, waiting for signs and movement, complicated visualizations. I would make subliminals and check after five minutes if they had worked; I would assume I already had my desired appearance and then immediately look in the mirror to see if it was true. After a while it became exhausting. I was overconsuming information, and since every creator had a different perspective, I just felt even more confused.
By the end of December, I found a creator on amino who had shifted using the law of assumption. She suggested Tumblr as a place to find good resources. So I started reading posts there about loa and duality. Then I read Neville Goddard’s books. That’s when I had my real click.
I realized that I make the rules. There aren’t two separate realities, 3D and 4D, there is only me. Manifestation is instant, and the only thing that can block it is my own belief. Failure doesn’t exist.
From that moment, I started manifesting small things immediately: a canceled test, five euros, a pen, a new phone. These little successes made me realize that if I can manifest a pen, I can also shifting reality. I started assuming, without hesitation, that I can shift whenever and however I want.
It’s that simple.
Once you assume, it’s done. The 3D is just your imagination using the five senses. It’s not your enemy. And it’s instant.
From there, I became a master shifter now. I persist not to see the results, but because I know I’m already living them. Even if one night I assume I wake up in my dr and the next day I’m in my cr bed, it doesn’t mean I failed. Who cares? The 3D doesn’t define me, and it’s not the final result.
And indeed, on January 5th, 2024, I fully shifted into my skz dr. From that moment, I knew all of this had been worth it.
In my cr, which I once wanted to escape, I’ve now manifested everything I desired, and it feels simple: the body and appearance I want, healing from illnesses, my cat, my sp apologizing, a free trip to Budapest, and much more. At the same time, I can live multiple lives without fearing death or worrying about living only once.
So don’t get discouraged. Maybe I made things too complicated along the way, but that’s okay, it was my journey.
Start sending letters to your favourite dr people or significant others! I promise it's such an easy way of channelling and feeling connected to them!
Many people used to say that you should ask for complicated signs, to ''make sure it's them,'' but I don't agree with this anymore. In most cases it just takes longer for you to actually see it.
If you want you can easily write the letter in your notes app, add whatever you want, then ask for something you see relatively often but not necessarily every day. Some of my main signs with Daeron in the past were sunflowers and 7s, and he still sends them to me this day.
Start giving your person choices! ''Send me a fruit,'' or ''Send me a blue flower,'' then see what you end up getting. Figure out their favourites and start to notice how you see them around even when you didn't write your person.
Back before I first shifted, I would write to Daeron all the time. I figured out his favourite things and started relating them to him, like seeing 777 everywhere or sometimes 444. He also loved sending me forget me nots, sunflowers, other yellow flowers. I started seeing them everywhere, in real life, online. Sometimes he wanted me to write him again, other times he was cheering me up.
It was such a simple and comforting way to stay connected even when we couldn't talk (yet). I highly recommend trying the same! It's really not as hard or complicated as it might seem💚
i am not a buddhist nor a Hindu myself. I am a practicing Orthodox Christian. But when it comes to searching for shifting /loa /manifesting /spiritualism? i'll take whatever i can find. Now look, these ancient teachings don't have a magic wand that says "lets just jump in there" ,but they do have a pretty powerful "shortcuts" that will instantly plunge the mind into that void. Specifically, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, the esoteric branch of Hinduism, offers 112 different methods for instantly stopping the mind and pushing it into that void.
First of all, ''the space between two breathes'' (Kumbhaka) In buddhism and hinduism, the greatest secret is that microscopic moment when one breath ends but another doesn't begin. That moment is when you disconnect from this world. And yeah it has an easy way.. breathe in, breathe out. Stop at the exact second u exhale. Focus on the silence that occurs when your lungs are empty. That void is actually your shifting gateway. The longer you prolong those seconds, the more your physical body begins to fade away. And oh, also, be careful and start SLOW. Cause If u do it incorrectly or forcefully, you may experience dizziness, stress, or even fainting...
Second thing ive found is.. "Neither this nor that" (Advaita Vedanta) That is the fastest way to eliminate the mind (the logical left lobe of ur brain). In shifting, every time you say, "i am this, i am here," you are anchored to that reality. Lie down in bed and say to everything that crosses your mind that; Is your body tingling? "nope that's not me." or did you hear a sound? "that's not me." did a thought come to ur mind? "that's not me." Basically reject everything until nothing remains. That remaining pure "awareness" is the void itself... What remains? According to Vedanta, the unchanging, observing pure awareness. That is, the inner, "observing thing." They call it Atman, and surprisingly, it is said to be the same as Brahman. So, individual self = universal reality. Non duality? it's easy to understand, but quite difficult to live with. cause the mind is constantly addicted to labeling itself, saying "this is who i am, this is what i am." it's like stripping the mind bare, leaving it completely exposed. You shed layers upon layers. And the human ego doesn't exactly love that, mind you...
Now ''Dharana'', think of the discipline of The Hierophant card. Instead of dividin the mind into a thousand pieces, confining it to a single point allows reality to break...Close your eyes and focus only on that point between your eyebrows, aka the 3rd eye, or just a single white spot in your mind. Think of nothing else. After a while, the mind will give a "system error" and throw you back into that single point, into the void. Dharana, in yoga, means concentration. But not at the level of "alrigh i put my phone down and focused for 5 minutes." It means literally fixing your mind on a single object. Thr rule is lowkey simple.. If the mind wanders, u bring it back. If it wanders again, you bring it back again. ''Dharana'' focus, ''Dhyana'' uninterrupted flow, meditation; ''Samadhi'' complete union, dissolution of the sense of "self"....
The easiest way to do this is actually to "stop searching." Theres a saying in buddhism that "as long as you keep searching, you won't find, because the seeker is what she seeks." You think shifting is about going somewhere "out there," but these teachings say, "Youre already everywhere, you just choose to focus on this body." Stop "trying to go." Try relinquishing this reality as if you were already there. By releasing the energy of the 4 Pentacles aka the holding on energy, and 9 Wands, in your cards, and simply "being" like The Sun, that door will open by itself.

Heyyy this was super wanted, more void state techniques from ancient Buddhism/Hinduism. These teachings are super old, traditional and quite literally mystique. These teachings are SERIOUS business. Do not take them lightly. Approach with respect, caution, by that i mean, begin slowly and mindfully, these stuff might put you in a state that DEEPER than void. I recommend you do your own research, if you're interested. Now all these settled.. First let us start with Unmani Mudra, that's a practice in the yoga and tantra tradition that signifies a "state beyond the mind." The word "unmani," literally, means "suspension of the mind " or "absence of the mind / cessation of the mind." But this isn't about the brain shutting down, it's more about the calming of the flow of thoughts, the interruption of that constant inner monologue.
The practical part is as follows, that the eyes are generally half open, the gaze is directed slightly upwards or between the eyebrows (called ajna point). (Also related to Shambhavi Mudra), But you're not trying to focus, quite the opposite, it's like an "empty gaze." Breathing is calm, the body is relaxed. But the main thing is not the physical pose, but the mental state. The goal is to let thoughts fade away without fighting them. ALSOOOO, in practice, the goal isn't concentration. Most people fail here. They look at Ajna and think, "i'll focus, i'll hold it." Wrong. That's not dharana. Unmani is the dissolution of even focusing, close to Samadhi. So there's attention, but not "attention locked onto something." The mind normally operates through vritti (thought waves). In Unmani, these waves are not suppressed; they extinguish themselves. Therefore, it's again lowkey similar to Patanjali's "citta vritti nirodha," but the method is different, there is no forced stopping, only non intervention.
Second technique that might help getting in void state is, Ajapa Japa. That is a method of hypnotizing the mind with its own rhythm and then suddenly pulling that rhythm away. Ajapa japa literally means "non repetitive repetition." Yes, it sounds deliberately a bit confusing i know, Normal japa is consciously repeating the mantra. In ajapa, the repetition happens spontaneously. You don't force it it just happens. A classic example is, breath. Its said that the "so" sound is naturally produced when inhaling and the "ham" sound when exhaling. "So ham" is the mantra, meaning "i am that." You don't force urself to say it,you just become aware of it. After a while, the mantra begins to flow automatically with ur breath. At first, ure somewhat consciously aware of it. Then, at some point, the feeling of, "im repeating myself" subsides. The mantra is working in the background and ure just a witness. That's the stage called ajapa.
Ajapa is a more "gentle" method, u don't just jump straight into the void, you first get into a rhythm. That's why it's lowkey more sustainable for most people..i think? At some point, even the mantra gets ''unnecessary'', cause the mental place it takes u to is already beyond the mantra. There is no repetition there, no effort or whatsoever. Long stroy short, listen to the natural "So" sound as you inhale and the "Hammm" sound as you exhale (the hamsa mantra) in ur mind. Continue this for a while, completely capturing ur mind in this rhythm. At the moment ure completely immersed in the rhythm, hold your breath for a pretty short time and suddenly stop the mantra. Your mind will want to continue that rhythm, but cause to the pause, it will fall into a "void." That moment of falling is your gateway.
Like i said, this post was so wanted, im not a Hindu/Buddhist myself but i respect these two beliefs' ancient shifting/void state related teachings and i share what i find in my researches. if im wrong with something, u can write in the comments!!! You can also do your own research, I RECOMMEND IT, thanks, have an awesome meditative time!! 🐇💋🪷
When you understand the principles of quantum physics, such as, superposition, you finally understand once more, that shifting is not a "journey", is a choice of awareness.
In quantum physics, a particle exists as a wave function in all possible states and locations simultaneously until theyre observed. This means the version of you who is in your DR, waking up with your desired life, is already here as a probability wave, occupying the same space as you.
The problem is,if you keep focusing your observation (awareness), on your CR , youre collapsing the wave function into this specific reality every single second. Shifting literally means changing the observer
You focus so powerfully on ur DR probability that the quantum field has no choice but to collapse that possibility into a physical fact for you.
If u truly understand superposition, you stop sayin "Im trying to shift." Because "trying" implies that the reality isn't here yet.
The logic is, "I am the sum of all my possibilities across the universe. Right now, I am tuned into this radio station aka CR, but the other station, DR isn't in another room, its playing right here on a different frequency.
The observer bends the matter.
Again, if you understand quantum physics and superposition, the question "when will it happen? ?" automatically vanishes. Cause "when" belongs to the illusion of lineer time. In the quantum field, there is only "NOW." So yes, you are in your DR right now; you are just learning how to fix your gaze aka. awareness there... .

OMG. I finally figured it out😭😭 when I tell y’all this concept took SO long to understand. I try to make these as short as possible with as little padding as possible for neurodivergent people who don’t want to read though entire analyses
infinite realities theory + multiverse theory + every time we make a decision it creates another reality theory
I imagine that at some point in your life you have heard the theory that “every time you make a decision, it creates another reality”? Great, this is what this post is about
read this if you don’t know what I’m talking about. Feel free to skip past this if you already know
↓
to better explain this theory, I’ll write a few scenarios
you pick up a pencil
you just created a reality where you didn’t pick up that pencil
you also created a reality where you stopped picking up that pencil one second after you moved your hand towards your pencil
And so on
you just blinked while reading this?
you opened another reality where you didn’t blink
BUT, hit also open another reality where you blinked twice
get the gist?
CONTINUE HERE IF YOU SKIPPED
the thing that people don’t tell you about this theory, is that every second you open another reality, a reality where you shifted to your dr (and literally EVERY other reality in existence) is opened
that kinda make sense?
so every second you don’t shift to your dr, a reality is created where you did
your goal, is every second (not literally), think about shifting to your dr, and eventually you should
this is what people mean when they say that you don’t need to feel symptoms to shift to your dr, because it can literally happen in a snap. That’s why it’s ok to not feel anything until it happens, because it can be a snap
now, I’m not saying that it can’t be a slow and gradual shift
but I’m saying that this is what many people in shiftblr mean when they say that you don’t need to feel symptoms
because every second a new reality is created, a reality where you shifted to your dr right that very second is created, you just need to chose to make that decision
this is what people mean by shifting is as easy as blinking
“changing your focus, focusing on another reality, tricking your brain into thinking youre your drself, tricking your brain into thinking you are there”
So shifting is day dreaming? I’ll never be able to personally and physically be in my dr???
That's what u got from the expression above? I guess you just wanted "evidence" to prove your delusions. But I won't take it as malicious and explain... 😭
No. Realities are like frequencies, it shouldn't be hard to change your frequency because our brain is like a radio you literally just switch it and it switches instantly. I won't sit here and explain the whole multiverse theory but you change your focus from here to your Dr. Brain accepts whatever you give it it's not the sentient thing it's YOU, US, SOUL, CONSCIOUSNESS, WHATEVER.
By changing your focus you get information from another reality and our brains are wired to look for clues ALL THE TIME to tie us to this reality to protect us from going insane. NOT THAT THIS REALITY IS SOLID but because we gotta survive. That doesn't mean we can't feed it with another realities clues (smell, sounds, affirmations).
We all have an ego right? That's our self, concept, the brain sticks to it. It always looks for clues that you're you. That's why we're breaking the ego/ deprive our brain of physical cues (reaching MABA state) and when it's really off left lobe (the logic wall) it becomes vulnerable and believe in what you want INSTANTLY like void, or when you're in void.
When you trick/convince your brain you're in another reality, YOU SHIFT. You don't take your brain to other realities it just plays a role till you switch your consciousness to another body.
Dreaming isn't exactly "convincing your brain to be some other reality that's 8k hd vision where you had full smell, touch and taste buds with autonomous people. Guhhhh.
I'm a lucid dreamer since I was 6 or something and trust me I had 1000+ LDs ever since and I sleep a lot and I have a shit ton of dreams in a day AND I was a maladaptive daydreamer for years and it's ignorant as fvck when people compare shifting to dreaming cause they're not even related.
When it comes to the mind (and shifting at the same time), we can break things down into three general "stages" or "levels" of the mind (of control consciousness). These levels represent different degrees of awareness and control over one's reality. Let's explain it using the actual psychological terms: Unconscious [mind], Subconscious [mind], and Conscious [mind], and how they relate to shifting.
1. The Unconscious Mind (No Awareness): The unconscious mind is the deepest part of our psyche-things we are completely unaware of, like instincts, suppressed memories, and automatic functions (breathing, heartbeat, etc.) It operates without us realizing it. Its role in shifting is when:
You are natural constantly shifting with "no control" over it;
Your limiting beliefs and deep-seated fears block shifting even if you try.
2. The Subconscious Mind (Partial Awareness): The subconscious mind is the bridge between the unconscious and conscious. It stores beliefs, habits, and memories that shape our reality without us actively thinking about them. It also processes imagination, emotions, and intuition. Its role in shifting is when:
Your beliefs influence your shifting success, meaning self-doubt can block you;
You are working with subliminals, visualization, or affirmations to "reprogram your subconscious";
It’s the most talked about [“stage” of mind], because it’s what store your expectations and things like that (which is what determine your shift).
3. The Conscious Mind (Awareness): The conscious mind is your active awareness, logic, and decision-making. But when fully developed, it also means full awareness and control over your subconscious and unconscious, making you the "god" of your own life (though it’s a super hard level to achieve). It’s the kind of level the Buddhist monks are trying to/ achieve.
The "using 10% of your brain" myth is false; you use all of your brain, though different areas are more active at different times. However, consciousness is a very small part of our mental processing, with estimates suggesting we are consciously aware of only about 5% to 10% of our mental activity, with the vast majority (90-95%) being subconscious (and unconscious)
When in control of your whole consciousness (including the 3 states), In shifting terms, this is when:
You can shift at will without needing long techniques or excessive effort;
You fully trust shifting and remove all subconscious resistance;
You can basically shift on command;
You understand that all realities exist at once and can navigate them freely;
You shift not just between DRs, but also within CR, meaning you actively shape your waking life too. (Go see my post about the true power of your subconscious).
This is the level of "reality mastery" (where you fully embody your ability to shift at any moment). How to Move Between These Levels?
Unconscious → Subconscious: Learn about shifting, break limiting beliefs, and reprogram your mind (affirmations, subliminals, meditation).
Subconscious → Conscious: Fully trust shifting, let go of doubts, and practice detachment from CR limitations. You're already deep into shifting and have always constantly did it infinitely since always (go see my videos about death
