Holy shit I'm so bored lol...not because of the weather, I just need a damn job.
Oh yeah...I'm bored lol
Exercise and job hunting...
So...I got an email from Buckle today...and I didn't get that job (huge surprise right?). Oh well...so I've spent the better part of my morning applying for jobs and exercising.
Exercise is a good stress reliever. Seriously. And it makes your butt look nice :) I would love for my butt to look nice...better than nice. Out of this world. I've got goals here, ya know? Yeah.
So yeah, nothing much to report on this front. The rain still hasn't gotten me down and amazingly enough, it's not raining right now (cue downpour of epic proportions).
Seriously getting sick of television though. I'm going to try to meditate though, get my chakras all aligned and shit. I'm a huge believer in The Secret and I was introduced to meditation through that book. I freaking love that book. It works too, I know, I've used. I need to get back on track with my life though, this will definitely be the best way to do that. Yup.

Rain, rain...
So, I guess this is supposed to be some sort of introductory thing. I hate this kind of crap. Seriously. Let's get it over with then, shall we?
I'm 24, female, and I've recently moved to Oregon (two weeks ago to be exact) and I love the rain. I've been unemployed since April (not my fault) and currently looking for a job up here. So far I've had two interviews: one that went really well and one where I lost my balance in the middle of a sentence (I've already accepted the award for the clumsiest person in the world, why they gave me a standing interview I don't know).
Anyways, I've started this blog because 1. I need an outlet 2. I'm freaking bored 3. Just 'cuz.
The title of this blog probably seems depressing, or implies that this blog is depressing, neither of which are true. I just like rain, really. I moved out of the most dry part of California and couldn't be happier that there is an abundance of moisture in my new environment. I'm a total homebody too so it doesn't irk me that I can't go outside all too often (I'd walk in the rain anyway, just for fun). When I say homebody though, I mean I don't do the whole "going out to the club, chilling with the girls, having a drank" thing (I've been sober for over two years now, I'm a slutty bitch when I "have a drank"). I love hiking and rockhounding, so I will surely be posting pictures of such things as soon as I can.
The only thing this rain makes me miss is the ability to smoke a fatty. What? Seriously, don't give me that look, I said sober from alcohol. Besides, I don't go harder than that, I know my limits. Anyway, that's all I've got for today.
Oh wait...does anyone live up here that happens to know a freakin' mechanic that will do my brakes for less $500??? Seriously...I just want new pads, I don't understand why this is so expensive (probably would have been cheaper in California...imagine that).
