Once again... this contains Ultrakill lore so if you don't know it... it might get confusing. Using a lot of my personal Human Survivor 'OC' HC in this. Again, still 'X Reader'.
What you need to know is I HC'd for a prototype suit that came before the V model machines. It's essentially a suit humans can wear, not a machine, but it has all the capabilities of the V model prototypes. It was originally to be used to take down Earthmovers before V1 came about. But it was scrapped because human error might make infiltration missions fail and there just... wasn't enough humans to risk that, along with the lack of materials and money. This suit prototype was found by you and it siphons Hell's blood into you to replace the need for food and water... essentially keeping you alive. This suit is usually what I imagine Reader wearing now whenever I think of a Human Survivor! Reader. Essentially, V1/V2 but human.
Minos Prime, or just Minos, despite looking intimidating and sometimes sounding intimidating... is actually one of the best Ultrakill yanderes you could have in my opinion.
Yeah, an odd thought, he's a Prime Soul so you think that would make him scary... perhaps even sadistic...
Nope.
Minos was actually a rather righteous character and cared for the damned souls in his care.
Minos was the Judge of Hell before Gabriel took over... by slaughtering him.
Minos deemed it unfair that humans in the LUST layer were punished for the crime of simply loving one another.
So when God disappeared and Heaven was sent into a frenzy... Minos created the LUST Renaissance.
The layer he controlled was made into a city, one where damned souls could simply love one another.
It was a peaceful place...
Until the Heavenly Council saw it...
Then Gabriel was sent to destroy it.
Minos is not a violent person unless provoked or dealing out judgement.
He actually tried to convince Gabriel to let the damned love one another, that it was no sin.
Gabriel of course didn't listen... leading to Minos being killed and his soul imprisoned within the husk of his old body....
Using such interactions... I feel like Minos would be a rather soft yandere to have.
Mostly if you're a human obsession... perhaps another case of a lone survivor obsession coming across something they shouldn't.
Yet I'm not going to focus too much on plot for this.
I just want to focus on how Minos would treat his obsession... considering he's the ruler of the LUST layer and all.
Minos seems like he'd be very gentle with you.
He's only violent towards V1 in his secret boss encounter because he views machines as a threat to sinners... and therefore V1 has committed a crime in his eyes.
Minos cares for sinners... They are human souls and most of the ones in the LUST layer have only done the sin of loving another.
So I like to think Minos would be extremely cordial with a human.
Even more so if they are a living breathing human in a place like Hell.
Your encounter must be fated in his eyes... as you do not fit in with these souls that were once in his care.
Minos, despite being the ruler of LUST, seems like he could work as a romantic yandere or platonic yandere.
He seems wise as a king and extremely protective of those in his care.
I can see him acting as a mentor towards you since he has been around for a long time.
He speaks in old English and much prefers having a conversation than anything violent unless needed.
So I feel like he could be a nice supportive mentor with a living human, impressed you managed to find him down here.
He answers any questions you have... and offers you comfort when you tell him of humanity's fate.
Humans are resilient creatures... it seems even one had the will to cheat death.
Minos is impressed by this... being a Prime Souls formed purely from will.
Minos is welcoming with his obsession often wanting to give you respite within a world that's only wanted you dead.
So the least someone like him can do is offer you rest.
Minos is naturally protective of you since, in all his years down here, he's only seen souls.
You are so different... an echo of humanity that was forced to explore every crevice of this place to survive.
Which seems to have brought you to him.
Minos would want to be his obsession's support... which is much different from his fellow Prime Soul Sisyphus.
Once you free Minos Prime he may even wish to aid you as you make your way around Hell's layers.
You may need blood to survive... but you aren't actively trying to purge Hell.
You are just taking enough to sustain yourself... which is different from what he feels V1 is doing.
Making this an AU... imagine Minos Prime walking with you in the LUST layer.
He speaks to you about how it was in the past... what he once had... and what he wanted for humanity...
Now... the city he tried so hard to build is collapsing due to neglect....
Being imprisoned for so long has no doubt made Minos a lonely soul.
But now that you are here... a fellow lonely soul albeit living...
I think Minos would get attached to the human brave enough to free him from his fleshy prison.
I can see Minos showing you around the LUST layer, showing you various buildings and the comforting yet intimate lighting that surrounds the place.
Minos seems like he'd want to keep his obsession in this layer.
Now that he's free... He feels he can go back to running the layer how he wishes.
It will take time to fix the damage... but it feels great to be in charge again.
Later he plans to make Gabriel pay.
Yet for now... He has you under his care.
Minos would do whatever he can to keep you comfortable.
He prepares you a bed, he tells you that he won't let any of Hell's denizens harm you in this layer....
He genuinely seems like a yandere who would start off rather genuine... be it as a lover or even some kind of mentor figure.
Really any companionship would do you good as you haven't seen any living humans.
The most yandere thing I can think of for Minos would be him isolating you.
In his mind... keeping you in LUST is the safest place to be for a living human such as you.
Other than LIMBO at least... but he doesn't want to just send you back up there....
He doesn't seem like a yandere at first.
Minos just seems like an old king who wants to offer you refuge... He knows a living human may not last long in this place alone...
So allow him to be your salvation and comfort.
Minos is someone who tends to focus on your comfort.
If you just want the comfort of a father figure... then Minos will play such a role for you.
If you desire something more intimate... like most connections in LUST... He will grant you such a wish the best he can.
He is a king for his people... and now that you've freed him and shown you have nothing left... you are one of his people.
Minos seems like he's someone that likes physical affection... although that may be obvious.
Even if he's just platonic he probably likes to hold you on his lap, laying you against his translucent chest so you can listen to the beat of his heart....
He would rub your back despite the armor in the way, mindful of the mechanical wings used to aid air mobility.
He's comforting, never trying to force his power over you in affection.
He's not rough, always checking to make sure you're comfortable before proceeding with affection such as hugs, kisses, or other touches.
He can tell you haven't been able to experience such a thing in a long time... if at all.
So... he will be your sanctuary... your caring caress...
He'll never let you go.
This would be around where I can talk about what makes him a yandere.
He's an isolating yandere who thinks what he's doing is best for you.
He's a protective yandere at his core... only possessive due to his own selfish desires as a sinner.
You'd only see him turn yandere when you try to leave the LUST layer.
He steps in the way, concerned in his tone.
Why would you want to leave such a peaceful sanctuary?
Nothing else awaits you in the other layers....
Minos can not risk someone other demons... or even Gabriel getting their hands on you.
Too Minos you are too precious a miracle to let leave his layer.
He doesn't wish to fight you... if anything, he wishes to love you.
He's always been a man of love.
So seeing you try to leave him... you break his heart.
Can't you see he's protecting you here?
You don't need to fight anymore... You've found your new home.
You may try to step around him, just so you can look for GLUTTONY's door again.
Minos just cuts you off, the snakes on his arms hissing as Minos stares you down.
Well... you'd say stare...
But all you really see is a void.
Minos would scold you, claiming that you don't know what's best for you.
Honestly... you probably don't.
Yet you feel driven to find a purpose... to continue into the depths...
But Minos stops you, dragging you back into LUST to keep an eye on you.
You are in a strange gray area... you have freedom within a warm cage.
Although... even with Minos as a yandere who just wants to lock you in his embrace and never let go...
It's not a bad fate.
Eventually... you may just accept his addicting affection and comforting holds.
Minos wishes to be your comfort... maybe even a vice...

I decided to give more space to my silly short fics while the rest of my insecticon story cooks in the back. You can imagine any Shockwave here, personally I went with TFP but this IDW pic of him really matches the vibe of this drabble.

The quiet treading of your pen along the paper comes to a stop - cute, even after all these years spent tinkering with Cybertronian technology, you still preferred the comfort of pen and paper. A way to ground yourself in a world much bigger than your own, much faster, just more in every sense of the world. Gigantic, overwhelming.
You place the pen down, trying to ignore the way your hand trembles.
"So, you finally did it. Right, the code that has been cracked for years, but we had no real means to apply practical to theoretical. But now, the two worlds have collided," you cheer, of course you do, it's still your partner's accomplishment after all. You are proud of him, regardless of how it's going to affect you later on.
And considering this project was started, carried on and concluded with you as his primary focus, it does affect you quite largely.
You, and your whole species.
"It was not all my doing. You have been a valuable partner alongside whom I've learned plenty." In his language, that means 'I wouldn't have made it without you, I'm glad you're here. I did all this for you. I love you I love you I love you.'
His bright optic scans you as if he expects you to say something. Add a statement about human nature - after all, you're the expert - or inquire more about how he finalized the project you two have been working on for years. You probably should. It's going to be revolutionary after all. Cellular renewal without telomere shortening. Immortality in a vial. Just an injection of nanoparticles, and the human DNA will be scripted with a brand new set of telomerases, polymerases and more caretaker genes that the natural course of evolution has had the ability to develop. All written in the bulk of notes that you and your partner have carefully crafted.
No cyberforming, no spark-induced cellular stasis. Just pure, old-school cellular immortalization.
You avert your gaze from his inquisitive optic, uneasy for some reason.
"You're acting peculiarly," he says, "your usual display of pride entrails at least a shift of your somatic panels."
"A smile, you mean?"
"Precisely."
Despite yourself, you give him a faint smile. His antennae rear back as a distinguish creak of his joints signals he's shifted to a more relaxed posture.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm proud. Really. Proud of you, of us, all we've accomplished and what we've created in the meantime," you gesticulate as you recall how your sentimental involvement started as a proxy of your workstation proximity, "it's just, it's hard to imagine. It's terrifying. We have what's basically divine power in our hands and all we have to do is publish the results to unleash it."
"It scares you." It's a statement.
"Yes. Of course it does."
"Is it the impact on the development of your species to, as you worded it, "terrify" you? Or is it the use it might be made of it?"
"I guess it's both." you pause, face between your hands, as your gaze shifts from him to the scribbles on your paper. "One always thinks about the results, but never their consequences."
"What do you suggest we do in order to keep said consequences under our control?"
You pause. He waits. You grab the pen and begin clicking its button. "Remind me why we started this project."
He stirs, antennae high. "Our main goal was to lengthen human lifespan to match cybertronian lifespan, in order to prevent losses between conjunxed interspecies couples."
You frown.
"So, if I stand correct, this would only be to the benefit of a restricted number of humans."
"Indeed, you stand correct."
"But this would be unjust to those humans who are not conjunxed."
"'Just' and 'unjust' are moral concepts which science does not entertain."
You point the pen at him. "You mean you don't entertain."
Then you slump back against your chair, sudden anger replaced by emptiness. "This is not something we can put out for the public to see and not expect a massive backlash. This… this is wrong."
You pinch the bridge of your nose, resolve gone. He stares at you with his single optic, focused and cold.
"I will admit a fallacy in my reasoning," his monotone voice cuts in.
"Which is?"
"I've been working on our project while focusing on the benefits of only one conjunx. My own."
It's your turn to stare at him. He closes the distance between the two of you and withholds the pen from your grip, replacing it with his own servo.
"Do not ask me for empathy which I do not possess," he continues. "If you ask, I will delete each and every excerpt, so that our work never leaves this laboratory."
He studies your hand as he talks, and you know he's scheming something.
"Our organic models all show promising results. However, would our last model fail and render our research null, it would simply pass as a possible consequence of the trial."
Something goes unsaid.
"Why would you let your last model fail?"
"It wouldn't. The trial would be a complete success, disguised as a fail. Its incongruences would go unnoticed even after the future human generation replaces the current one."
"You're suggesting lying to the press?"
"Precisely."
"What would you gain out of it?"
There's a heavy pause, in which he gathers both of your hands in his servos in an oddly sweet display of marital care.
"A conjunx whose lifespan matches my own, without the mediatic backlash you're terrified of."
A noise dies in the back of your throat, a whimper, maybe, but that you don't know. You cannot form words, cannot voice that this is unfair, unjust, for he can't grasp the concept of it.

Leid elend(& by extension schnappi)- I really like the notion of random being a sort of mediator between the 3. Which also points to Icy and Hothead actually not liking each other (when & if they start to realise it(more on that I will explain another time)). It's also kinda funny that a lot of the times when he (Blitzwing as a whole) gets hit Random switches in (or I'm hallucinating idk)
Diy - already kinda well known but Blitzwing is canonically into sculpting and I honestly feel like (when shown human stuff) Hothead would esp be into sewing & clay sculpting!! Icy would be learning how to ice sculpt and Random would be into metalwork (tearing into what feels like their equivalent of skin, he would be happy at first but then would have to stop because of why it made him happy)
